All excellent product and service communication

The cherry laurel and photinia red robin were lovely bushes. Very helpful when we needed to change the order. Very good advice given in emails and sent with the plants. Highly recommend this nursery.

The quality of the Laurel was very, very good, compared with another Hedging D company; the free compost and feed was a bonus and delivery was flexible and straightforward.

Good plants and it was nice to have a personal acknowledgement of my order. Plants arrived in a healthy condition and were as advertised.

Only thing that let them down was the couriers. We asked for delivery on Tuesday as we were offered various delivery dates, the couriers contacted us on Wednesday with a 2 hour time slot - They didn't deliver that day and I had to chase delivery up which eventually was Thursday.

Communication was excellent. The delivery was faultless and the driver's service was superb. The trees were well wrapped on the pallet. The trees were in tiptop condition. Planting information was clear and comprehensive.

Ordered 60 * 125-150cm rootball Cherry Laurel bushes in August for delivery on 20 October. They arrived on the right day; in very good condition and competitively priced. Well packaged - great product. It would be a 5-star rating except for the delivery notifications on the day. Phoned for an estimated time at 11:30 but told to ring again after 12:00. Rang again at 12:00 but still no delivery time available. Email received at 12:28 from the courier with a time slot of 12:22 to 13:38, ie after the earliest delivery time. They arrived just a few minutes later.

People worry about buying online and rightly so with all the scams. Hedges Hedges have been nothing but honest and professional.

Travis and Georgina were absolutely fantastic, quick delivery, packaged well, outstanding quality. 100% recommend!

The rootball Red Robins I ordered for my daughter were in excellent condition we had a little problem with the carrier who did not deliver them on time however I sent a few emails about this as the day went on and received almost instant responses the customer service was second to none and after a difficult start a new delivery was loaded onto a private courier service with no expense to us and they were received I am very impressed with the customer service as well as the trees and they are now planted and thriving

Excellent product, great communication and customer product support is first class

Great laurel, great service

I bought 4 laurel plants from Hedges Hedges to create a screen in my garden. Ordering was easy, and delivery arrived. The plants were well packaged, with the roots and foliage in good condition, and none arrived damaged.

The laurels themselves are healthy, with glossy, deep green leaves and strong growth. They look much like the product photos, just what I'd hoped for. Planting was straightforward, and they've settled in well after 4 weeks.

Great value for the quality, and I'd happily buy from them again. Highly recommended.
