Great laurel, great service

I bought 4 laurel plants from Hedges Hedges to create a screen in my garden. Ordering was easy, and delivery arrived. The plants were well packaged, with the roots and foliage in good condition, and none arrived damaged.

The laurels themselves are healthy, with glossy, deep green leaves and strong growth. They look much like the product photos, just what I'd hoped for. Planting was straightforward, and they've settled in well after 4 weeks.

Great value for the quality, and I'd happily buy from them again. Highly recommended.

Great plants - they look fit and healthy. Delivery was an issue though. Although the website says you can choose your date, they don't stick to it. Originally coming on Weds, but the delivery was put off to Thurs, which was fine. But when I rang on Thurs to find out where it was, I was told it wouldn't be delivered till Fri - not very convenient. However alternative transport was laid on and the plants were delivered at 8 pm on Thurs. So the problem was sort of rectified but it would've been better if they could've kept us informed and delivered on the day requested so we didn't have to keep changing our plans.

Wonderfully pleasant experience from order to delivery.
Easy to select via photos and description, very competively priced and the trees we ordered are healthy and lush.
I had a bit of a worry about delivery but was reassured when I telephoned. So professional, dedicated to customer satisfaction and friendly. Thank you, will be coming back for more!

Very happy …… great customer service. Trees were in excellent condition and as described . Fast delivery also.

I ordered a pallet of cherry laurel hedging a month before the delivery date asked for morning delivery, it all came that morning in perfect condition this is the company you can trust.

The laurel looks ok when delivered but sent photos of lots of black spots on the leaves and lots of leaves that look like they have been eaten by slugs/bugs

Mark

You can book a delivery date which is fantastic. We booked 5 weeks in advance…

They kept up us updated and delivered high quality plants….all now in the ground…let’s wait and see…update in March.

Great service guys.

Good all round

Good price, quality, delivered correctly..

All round very impressive. Fast delivery and seems excellent quality.

Very good service and delivered on the day requested, kept updated via messages and emails, very helpful delivery driver.
Laurels were in excellent condition and bigger and bushier than we hoped for.

Would highly recommend using Hedges Hedges, hope to do more business with them in the future.

Excellent products and communication. Ordered 24 laurels and was impressed by the quality of the trees. However, the delivery driver left the pallets right in the centre of a shared driveway despite there being room either side which reduced the experience and caused a challenge.

First class service, top notch products. Definitely 5star rating! Well done guys 😊

Professional friendly service from start to finish.

The plants exceeded my expectations and are well worth the money spent.

Everything delivered on time.

I have already recommended 2 people to use Hedges Hedges

Excellent service. Hedges delivered bang on schedule, free compost too! All planted and looking great. Would definitely recommend.

What great customer service, we ordered 3x12 6-7ft Laurel pallets, we are 100% happy with our order. Ordering this quantity online was a risk, one I’ve been caught out before. However after doing my homework and talking to Hedges Hedges in advance, I was put at ease. Once my order was received we noticed we were 4 trees missing, I made a call, a private courier was booked and they came the next morning ready to be planted with the others. Customer Service, Quality of products were amazing. I would highly recommend Hedges Hedges and certainly will use again.

Unfortunately below standard bushes were dispatched in error to me. Georgina phoned me, apologized profusely and explained how the error had occurred. She was very helpful and we came to a resolution. More bushes of much better quality were sent within 3 days including an extra bush.
