TAX2WIN IS MOST TRUSTABLE SERVICE PROVIDER

Worst site and worst customer service. Everytime they will call you and give different rates. Once they give you 1 rate for tax filling, next time they will give you increased rate. There is so much miscommunication between them only.

I have used services of tax2win for 4 in my family including me. Just for my mother, it has been two weeks since I have made payment for CA assisted filing. No one has looked into the documentation I have provided. All calls made and emails sent have turned out to be waste of my time. This probably is the last time I would be using their service.

Terrible service. Been working for a month with the assigned CA. Very unresponsive. Now I have to find someone else to do it for me.

Pathetic service please do not opt for it go for clear tax or tax related other site for ITR filing

Paid them Money no ca assigned and asking for money again.
Please at any cost do not go for them go for other vendors

Paid and uploaded the documents 3 weeks before deadline for ITR2 last year (2022). Till 30 th June they neither responded to more than 20 calls, messages in their portal or by email.  I had to get hold of another CA to file my return and got demand for 5000 from IT for delayed filing. When I asked Tax2Win to reimburse they advised that the money paid is returned so they have no other liability. Many emails are not responded to still by Tax2Win. They appear to be a fraud with no intention to service and to rectify their services

They have cheated me on the name of providing me some assistance on filing tax instead they first given me a 999rs package of tax assistance which I haven't asked for. I clearly asked them that I want someone to help me file the tax. Right after taking my money, I haven't even recieved a single call from these people. Save your money and contact with a local CA in your area instead of them.

I made the payment to file ITR nearby 45 days ago and still it is not done yet. I have filed with the same company for the last 2 years but this time I am fed up.
