I appreciate all the recent updates. However, the communication tab could be improved. It would be helpful to have a filter option for unseen messages (marked with grey ticks) and for messages that have not received a response (marked with green ticks but no reply). Additionally, the current view does not allow opening a client account directly without clicking on a specific message. Addressing these points would significantly enhance my overall experience.

taxdome is user friendly which is a bonus when dealing with some of the older clients who are not very good with computers. Also has helped us increase getting paid quicker by being able to send reminders out more frequently.

TaxDome is client friendly. It easy for clients to set up their account, upload documents, and communicate with the firm through chat.

TaxDome has been a great tool for keeping everything organized in one place. The portal is easy to use, secure, and makes document sharing and communication with clients very efficient. It has definitely helped streamline our workflow and improve overall organization.

I'd like to share my opinion about Taxdome and specifically Elina Linderman. First off, what really impressed me was their genuine humanity and customer-focused approach. I found myself in a tough spot with my business, and I never expected anyone to lend a helping hand without demanding upfront payment like most companies do these days. Elina Linderman stepped up and helped me through that rough patch. She tackled my issue like it was her own problem—treating it with the same urgency and care. That's a huge reason to choose her company as your tax or financial advisor. I highly recommend checking them out. In today's world, it's rare to get top-notch expert help upfront instead of just being pushed to pay whatever it takes. I give them the highest rating possible!

taxdome is very user friendly for both clients and firms.

I only gave a 4-star, just because I want it to be impossible to get a 5-star. But truly, I have been impressed with TaxDome. They roll out new features monthly, and regarding their responsiveness to new feature requests, they are the best I've seen. I think I'm on year 5 with them, and can honestly say I'm eager to see how they can make the client experiences I offer better each year. I haven't even been able to implement all the features they have made available so far, and it feels like a batch of new features are just around the corner. Can they improve? Sure. And that's why I dangle that 5th star out there. I really don't know how they'll get better, just that they will.
