Very good company, I took 2 trips and both trips went very well, the value for money is excellent. In addition to being a cheap company, the helplines are very kind and efficient.
I highly recommend 🥰.

Driver was 15 mins late and only notified me 3 mins before the time he was booked to arrive that he would be 5 mins late. Somewhat stressful as it was an airport run and I was on a specific timeline. Won’t use again.

Fantastic service, constant communication throughout. I booked at short notice and i made a mistake in the booking - they corrected it with no fuss and got me a taxi immediately. Will definitely use them again!

Called them in an emergency as my 19 year old daughter was stranded at 3am in elephant and castle.
Guy on the phone took the booking, I paid £98 via a link to secure the booking and they then cancelled the booking after taking my money and making my daughter wait in the freezing cold at 3 in the morning, still Waiting a refund! Disgusting!

Fantastic service, driver met us right on time and was extremely patient as we ran a few minutes late. Got us to the airport on time and it was one of the smoothest car journeys I've ever taken. Me and my partner are grateful for the above and beyond service.

Taxi picked us up at the wrong place. Despite it being our wedding day we had to go 500m down the road in wedding dress as he refused to go to the correct location. This is despite it clearly being on the instructions I gave the company

My driver was excellent. He was on time and very helpful and courteous and got me to the airport in very good time.

As a first time user I booked & paid for a 6am taxi to the Airport a few days in advance (for a early morning flight on a Tube strike day), however was informed via a What's App message an hour before my pick up, my trip had been cancelled (they couldn't locate the driver) & that a replacement driver was not available & was told to explore other options. Despite receiving my refund approx 3 days later I would not use them again !!!

The taxi drove past me at the pickup time and I had to communicate with company via Whatsapp for 20 minutes while they tried to get hold of him, then they stopped replying. I called the company and they then told me that there was a technical problem and there was nothing they could do about it. I asked about a refund and have had silence since.

The driver let me know he was close to the airport and gave me clear instructions for when to contact him (after baggage pickup) and where to meet him. We came out of the lift and he was there waiting for us. Good smooth drive home too.

This company (TaxisNetwork.com, Company No. 13543303) carried out one of the most despicable acts I’ve ever experienced from a service provider.

My wife booked and paid online in full for an airport transfer for her elderly and vulnerable mother. She received a booking reference and confirmation. Despite this, the driver extorted £100 in cash from my mother-in-law, claiming the booking hadn’t been paid. She tried to explain it was already covered, but the driver exploited her age and vulnerability, refusing to take her unless she handed over cash.

To make matters worse, the driver is now spinning lies, claiming she only handed over £15 as a “tip.” Meanwhile, the company is refusing to return the booking fee that was already paid online.

This is outright fraudulent activity: taking payment twice and preying on a vulnerable customer. I am now pursuing a chargeback with the bank, reporting them to Trading Standards, and escalating this to the relevant ombudsman.

No one should ever have to go through this. Their actions are disgusting, predatory, and illegal. Companies like this must be held accountable.

Do not trust them. Do not book with them. They will exploit you

This company was awful. If I had known that they demanded that I pre-pay for the trip I would have done so, but instead they waited until the driver was already late for me to fiddle around adding my credit card info. I was just in time for my train.
