I have been using Tax Partners for many years. Mahad and his team have provided excellent service for me. He has taken care of my small Business taxes, Personal taxes for my whole family, and guided me through the difficult process of the estate taxes being the executor for my Mom's estate. I trust his recommendations and highly recommend his services.

The owner Mahad Mohamed is probably amongst the most arrogant people I've come across. Takes zero accountability for major errors and threatens litigation when he doesn't get his way.

Name calls clients and is unpleasantly very rude and aggressive. Unethical billing practices uncovered and claims that he's a CPA when his license has been revoked since October 2023.

Staff are rude disrespectful and management did not hold them accountable. Management chose to react with hostility, threats and never ONCE accepted responsibility or offered a resolution or support.

This is not an isolated incident. Many have reported feeling scammed and/or misled by their unethical billing practice with similar stories of empty promises and financial losses. Only false promises that ended up in disastrous outcomes.

Tax Partners in Newmarket have been my trusted advisor and professional accountant since 2017. The entire staff whoever i deal with have always provided prompt courteous and professional service. Its that confidence in the service and 100% trust in their level of knowledge that make me used them every year i even reffered my son and nephew to use their service and they too are satisfied with their service and the reasonsble price they offer
