I will stand by this product for life! I was in a pinch, young and uneducated, and TaxQuotes has solved everything for me! My agent, Michaela, was extremely polite, thorough, educated me on how I can take care of matters on my end, and provided me with step-by-step solutions to fix my tax past, and protect my tax future! They have treated me very very well as a customer, and a customer of theirs you better br too!

The analyst did an amazing job at explaining step by step everything that was going on. The biggest thing I took from it, its the amazing peace of mind you receive from their services.

I had extremely high hopes for TaxQuotes as my initial rep was amazing in getting me set up and providing understanding of the tax situation I was current in. Then once I was moved to my agent, communication stopped all together. I ceased payments as I refused to pay for a service I was not receiving. Months have gone by with no response and I am back to square one with the IRS. And upon reviewing other review I can see this is a pattern of communicating ceasing once payment has been received. These seem like deceptive business practices to me.

Their communication sucks. I've reached out several times and never get a response. The only time they seem to make time to reach out is when a payment did not go through (this was because of a compromise of my card, which I've since had a new one issued). I can't login because I forgot my password. To reset it, I need to verify, but their website never sends a verification code. I've tried to contact them concerning that. Like many other attempts, it goes unanswered. It's been a struggle dealing with them since joining at the beginning of August.
**I'm on the verge of dumping them and finding a new, better company to help me that has better communication.

Worked with Michaela as the initial start to my tax journey with Tax Quotes. She is very heart warming and made me feel extremely at ease. She could even sense the worry in my voice. But she made me feel comfortable and was very helpful in answering my questions. The initial results from the IRS were amazing and it seems I may even get a refund! They are fast with their dealings with the IRS and worth the money you spend on the services they provide. I will definitely be using them again for future services!

The staff at TaxQuotes were amazing. They walked me through every step of the process, and were professional the entire time. I was embarassed/ashamed at myself for not filing my taxes. It was a bad time in my life and things spiralled out of controll and just kept getting worse. When I called I felt that they understood what I was going through and made me feel comfortable. Thanks to the staff I am back on top of my financial life.

Never talked anyone here an they took 500.00 off my debit card. It is pending an nothing I can do about it until it goes through, then can dispute this. The transaction was done At 2:15 am. I have never contacted them, never spoke to anyone about my taxes at all. Will have to dispute once its cleared with my institution.

all i can say is the explanation wasn't fully understood or given - especially concerning costs. Then again this could be my own fault for not asking questions. lesson learned and it only took a short 50 plus years.

My "point of contact" person wasn't answering e-mails, so I made several calls until I was finally able to reach a human and find out that they'd meant to reassign me, but I'd fallen through the cracks. So, they assigned me to someone else who has proceeded to ignore my e-mails. I certainly see why they take their money up front, although I highly doubt I will be receiving the service I paid for (or at least not this year...).

What made my experience more than great was being able to turn over all documents to Daisy Martinez and letting her do her thing. From first phone call to final resolution, she was alway in contact and available if I had any questions and suggestive of future issues. Their app and online portal and easy to navigate and use.
I dealt with several folks altogether and this firm and their employees are simply amazing.
I was happy with the resolution and I now have so much stress off my back because of them.

Read the reviews and understand this will cost money and will not solve all your financial problems. I messed up my taxes your situation may be different. Tax Quotes helped me get everything filed and in order.

In my case this wasn’t fast but some of that was on me and some on the IRS claiming to not have received certain documents.

Now IRS is satisfied and my stress levels surrounding taxes has dropped significantly. My financial problems aren’t gone, but now they are manageable and far less scary. Depending on what your situation is, it may be worth the consultation call. It was for me.

Just wanted to give a big shout out to Patricia Cordova, Senior Tax Advisor. I had filled out a form online about some tax questions, and she responded immediately; her kind, caring demeanor made me feel comforted that I was in good hands. All my questions were answered immediately and efficiently! This company is in Irvine, CA, but they do taxes for anyone anywhere. The cost for me would be about $300, and all tax info is done remotely, so I’m not going to have to make an appointment and go anywhere. Sign me up!… Because I finally met someone I can trust! If you are researching assistance with past and/or current tax issues then you have at least done the most important step, that you cannot do it alone. Now, you are trying to find the best company to help you. I spent over 40 years in IT so you can rest assured I did my homework finding Tax Quotes and without question it is the best result from analysis that I have ever done. Not only did they help me with my tax issues, they treated me with respect and care that is somewhat rare anymore. They walked me through the process, costs, timeline and helped to manage my expectations the entire time. Like anyone going through this I had questions and they never hesitated to answer my questions and when the answer wasn't readily available they spent the time to find the answer and bring it back to me in a timely manner. They were my team to get me in compliance and they are the team that I will use from here forward to keep me in compliance. It may not be the least expensive way to get my taxes done but the peace of mind knowing it was done properly and I have a team beside me is exponentially more valuable than just getting my taxes done. If you are doing your research then please give Tax Quotes a strong look because if you do you will be writing a review for the next person starting the long process you are now starting. I wish there was a way to give more than 5 stars but there isn't.
