They ask me to apply for a loan paying to them to make sure the loan pay the IRS after settlement. They could not negotiate for paying one time with the IRS for a reduce tax owed. They can only negotiate for payment plan. I agreed with that. However, I ask for the loan to pay back to bank who approved the loan with high interest. No one response to my emails, calls. I contact customer service and they refer back to the agent who helping with the loan. He never answer my calls. Now I have to use lawyer, contact consumer affair and file complaints...Do not work with this company. Contact tax lawyer, enrolled agent...Not this company.

I know it’s my fault for the back taxes, but When I pay someone for a service, I expect just that. I had rough 2025 IRS withheld over 33,000 and this company charged me 990 a month starting in 2024. Now the IRS doesn’t have the missing returns they claimed they filed. I can’t pay my bills with all these losses. I worked hard for that money. Tax Relief Helpers dragging their feet. Never again would not recommend.

I feel like Ben explained everything in great detail and answered every question with great patience. He made the experience feel very comfortable. Also, he got back to me very quickly when I was on hold each time. I look forward to working with him through the process.
