Great for form 941
TaxZerone is great for form 941 and for requesting extensions and having proof of submission. Getting copies of previous returns is easy and the user interphase is smooth. For me, the service is not competitive for full returns

Great software but a bit pricey
The software is well done and makes the process easier. I took off a star because, as a nonprofit, we would prefer to put the fee towards our mission, rather than spend it filing tax forms (that the IRS should let us file for free!).

Excellent Customer Support and a Great Filing Experience
I am extremely satisfied with my experience with TaxZerone, especially with their customer support. The support team was very helpful, professional and responsive throughout the process.
Whenever I had questions or concerns regarding my California Form 568 filing, they took the time to understand my situation and provided clear and helpful guidance. Their communication was reassuring and made the entire filing process much less stressful.
I particularly appreciate how seriously they handled my concerns and followed up on the filing status. The support team was courteous and genuinely helpful, rather than simply giving generic answers.
My Form 568 was successfully accepted by the California Franchise Tax Board, and I am very happy with the overall experience.
