Very fresh produce, particularly like the pears which are always soft and juicy not rock hard like in the supermarkets and eggs are always super fresh. I was expecting it to be expensive but very reasonable prices. Will keep buying from Taylor’s especially as they offer free delivery too.

Fresh produce at a great price and prompt delivery

Not massively impressed with this. Firstly was expecting delivery a day earlier and had cancelled plans waiting for it. There's no time frame given so you're just sitting there by the the door waiting. When the food arrived, it wasn't packed brilliantly, only some things are labelled so wasn't quite sure what was what. Only some herbs were bagged up. Discovered 3 days later (which I guess is my own fault for not checking sooner) that half of my order is missing and now because I didn't check as I assumed it was all there, I can't get a refund. The things I did order, some were different to what I ordered. I received a substitute for something that wasn't in stock and can't have it as I'm allergic to it. So my personal experience wasn't great. I will say though that the person who delivered seemed very friendly and the carrots in particular looked excellent. I would like to think that my experience is a one off and that the company is not bad, that they were just having an off day but for me personally, I won't be shopping here again. Sorry x x x

First class service. I made a mistake with delivery date, contacted them and they arranged delivery for a different day. Also missed off some items which they added. Delivery was brilliant, friendly driver and the quality of everything is first class.
