Just bought my 1st rolex day-date 36mm model 118238 off cian am over the moon with the watch ,I was worried at 1st buying on line ,but after speaking to cian I didn't have to because he's a polite, warming and welcoming guy to speak to nothing was to much trouble in making me feel at ease, all the way through the process was so easy and hassle free. He always got back to me by text and phone calls. He explained everything about the watch 100% accurately with photos. He gave me a good competitive price on my datejust 36mm two-tone as a part exchange, he's definitely a dealer you can trust and in given you a high standard of customer service. Having being let down by another online watch dealer, on a special watch, I reached out to Taylor Timepieces, and I am so glad that I did..
I explained what particular watch it was, and literally within 15 minutes I had the opportunity to buy the same one, we had a little haggle on the price and the deal was done 1/2 hr max!!
Four days later it's on my wrist :0) the buying experience was second to none...
