Excellent quality and soft leather bags. Very comfortable to wear and great style. Customer service top class very friendly and knowledgeable about merchandise. Would highly recommend the whole shopping experience

Fantastic service! Was visiting NI and luckily found the shop. Bought one (of five in the world) of their handbags. One called Norma in a gorgeous purple colour. Beautiful. Thank you Ellen

Super-efficient provision of gift-wrapped service while wife was upstairs viewing other handicrafts. Purchase secreted in car and I returned to the shop as my wife descended the stairs completely unaware of the subterfuge. 45th wedding anniversary present sorted. Thank you ladies.

I’m delighted with the purchase and the service.

Staff so friendly and helpful would really recommend to shop here and quality of product is unreal

When I opened the box I knew I had made the right decision. I love the fact my bag is beautiful and made with sustainability in mind. It's great to buy from a local family owned business that shares my values. Thank you x

The Mini Mavis is a beautiful bag and will be very useful for me.
Made with lovely soft leather and lined, this is a high quality item. It arrived promptly in a presentation box with a handy dust bag as described and the enclosed personal note was much appreciated.
Communication with the company was excellent.
I would purchase from this company again.

I contacted Taylor/Yates regarding a purchase that had a problem and they quickly sorted it out by sending a replacement. I would definitely do business with them as customer care was excellent!

I visited the store before lockdown. The service was great and I really liked the look and feel of the store. I would definitely purchase from here again.

I visited the beautiful studio store in Bushmills for their beautiful purpose charity event. Their customer service was incomparable and exceptional. The products inside the box was a real treat with an essential facemask for 2020. An added bonus was purchasing my first Taylor Yates handbag which is a staple piece in any girls wardrobe. My timeless bag will never go out of fashion.

I can’t wait to buy another from the brilliant team in TY!!!

Excellent service Beautiful product a great brand to discover with true purpose at it’s heart. With the added bonus of planting a tree with my purchase

I received an Angus Bag for Christmas as a surprise and was blown away by the quality, softness and total treat that this bag is. A wonderful, special item and I understand the whole service (that my amature bag buying dad) received was fantastic.

Received an ‘Elsie’ for Christmas and could not be more delighted! The leather is buttery soft and the quality craftsmanship is beautiful. This combined with the ethics of the business owners will definitely make me a customer for life.
