A memorial bench for a valued member of our community. Very good communication from customer services in agreeing the inscription for the bench. Production time was quite long but was ready a little before the projected time. Because we were made aware from the outset this was not a problem. The bench was great quality and seems very sturdy and likely to last many years without needing annual maintenance, which was what we wanted. The family of the person remembered was delighted with the bench. Pricing was good also compared to other companies.

The ordering process and delivery time frame was clear, efficient and staff polite. The memorial bench is solid, heavy and durable. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because some of the smaller finishing touches could be improved. For instance the silver rivets could have been painted brown to blend into the bench. The end caps could have been a darker brown than they are to blend more. The inscription could have been deeper and smoother. Saying this the bench is beautiful and I will be buying another. We had the memorial Community Lunch for our loved one two days after the delivery and all 40 plus attendees are impressed with the quality of this bench Thank you TDP for such good clear service.

My bench is lovely and very sturdy. I was kept informed throughout the process and staff were helpful and professional. The delivery driver was amazing and willing to go that extra mile!

First and foremost, the bench we bought is fantastic quality and looks just the part. It now has a home in the Highlands and the fact that the recycled materials will last a lifetime and stand up to our sometimes harsh climate, was a huge selling point. The bench certainly wasn't cheap, but this is a quality, well made, and sustainable product - you get what you pay for. The service we received from TDP was also first class. The bench was bought as a memorial seat, and after a conversation, TDP ensured it would be produced and delivered in time for the 1st anniversary of my father's passing - a huge thanks due and very much appreciated. My experience with TDP? Couldn't fault a thing!

Nice straight forward transaction . Item arrived as promised and was on a pallet. The delivery driver was really helpful too. The bench is very sturdy and should last extremely well. Just hope it does not fade - fingers crossed ! Would recommend that you get a few strong people to help you position the furniture. Would have no hesitation in buying again.

Very pleased with the TDP Wirksworth memorial bench which has pride of place in a newly transformed garden area at my local church. It is a very well-made quality product with the beautifully inscribed plaque adding the finishing touch. Exactly as described and what I wanted!
TDP also provide a very high standard of customer service from the initial enquiry to the placing of the order and delivery, giving clear advice regarding arrangements for delivery and responding promptly, in a helpful, friendly manner by email and telephone, to any specific queries.
I had concerns about the limited access to the church grounds and whether a large delivery vehicle could get close enough to the main gate. By talking through these concerns with Michelle at TDP and members of the church council, I was able to find a solution.
In the event, the delivery was carried out smoothly and efficiently by a very pleasant, courteous representative of the freight carrier H Crabtree Ltd.
