Teabox has spoiled me from purchasing tea from any other company. Their selection is vast, and the descriptions are very helpful (especially when I was a novice and beginning my tea journey). Recently, their shipment to me was delayed due to tariffs, etc. This is beyond their control but they were incredibly responsive to me, and ended up sending me a replacement order which included 3x the number of teas I had originally ordered (and my original order is still arriving next week). They made sure that they made it right, and now they have my loyalty for good.

Got my latest order of a mix of spring summer & fall Darjeelings on a nice sale, so that always helps. The order was carefully and accurately packed and arrived safely, however there was a pretty good delay in shipping, blamed in part on international turmoil. No real harm done in the delay but you always want your orders sooner than later. Haha. I’ve tried one of the three & quality seems good as usual.

The chai tea box and teacup were just perfect. Such a lovely variety of tasty teas! Thank you also for the super fast delivery. 10/10!

Good quality product delivered promptly and in good packaging.

I ordered the Chai Buy 1 Get 1 Free Trial Pack as a Christmas gift for my family (and myself, haha) and we loved it! The tea is of exceptional quality - so flavorful! I love that all the ingredients and the location of the tea are listed on the packages. We had fun sampling them all together. My mother, sisters and I would make a big pot and then leave our ratings on a white board by the kitchen. It was fun seeing everyone's unique preferences. I gifted some to a friend as well. We all like the Bombay and Jaipur, my favorites were the Punjabi and Rajasik, my mom loved the Kadak, and my sister enjoyed the Rasayana. So we went and ordered a full package of each of those! We already had a cupboard full of tea, and now tea has taken over the cupboard next to it too! A great feeling. I love the team's email newsletters - I hate almost all promotional emails, but theirs are so funny, informative, and approachable, which makes me excited to open them and see what this brand is doing next. You've definitely got a long-term customer in me! For the quality, variety, and transparency of sourcing, the pricing is absolutely phenomenal. Thank you!

A very reliable shipper of your tea, which comes vacuum sealed, very well packed and delivered typical within one week. Whatever you choose to buy , take their tasting notes with a grain of salt - it hasn’t helped me very much. They offer a decent range of fresh teas, some seem over- priced while others are gems. Once they have your contact details you will be showered with AI generated messages…easy enough to ignore, but still annoying at times - unsubscribe is the secret weapon 😁
You can always reconnect if so desired. Once your order hit a certain amount shipping is “free”. My guess is…..well, you guessed!
I will continue buying from teabox, afterall fresh tea is not easy to get anywhere.

Darjeelings from Teabox never disappoint me. It provides a variety of selection of Darjeelings from all different tea estates in every stage of season. It is very amusing to experience high quality of Darjeelings with help of tea experts.

As I had very little experience with tea until recently—aside from tea bags and the few "fresh" varieties one only drinks when feeling unwell—it might not seem credible for me to award five stars to Teabox teas. However, here comes the "but": since trying a few of these teas, I can no longer drink coffee. As an unqualified beginner, I am simply grateful for this experience. There is nothing to complain about regarding the ordering process. There is nothing to complain about regarding the ordering process. Delivery may currently take slightly longer than usual, but this is due to circumstances beyond Teabox's control.

This is a wonderful company from what my experience with them has been.
I love everything about my Teabox. Wonderfully packaged . Also the cup and filter is so beautiful and functional. The tea itself is smashing ! Then they sweetest little gift Which I adore .
They stayed in communication with me about delays, because of factors out of their control. Yet with the delays , my Teabox arrived in a timely manner.
This whole experience has been lovely!
