Everything went as per their instructions. My PNR was sent in time.
After making a booking I decided to look at reviews, probably the worst thing to do. Some people are just hating on this company but to my surprise everything went well for me. I will use them again because they were so professional and the first thing they would tell me was "Sir, your flight is guaranteed we need to finalize your PNR with the airline". I`m grateful for their efficient service.

0 STARS! we got to the airport and the airline couldn’t find our booking using our booking reference or our names, after an hour of searching their system for answers, the airline came to the conclusion that TeaFlight had used air miles/points to “reserve” the tickets and therefore not used any of our money to buy our tickets. most horrific stressful situation to be in after just trying to get home safely.

예약 과정 자체는 편리했지만, 처음 사용해서인지 결제 후 예약 확인 메일이 조금 늦게 도착했습니다. 그래도 문제없이 티켓 발급이 완료되었고, 고객센터 문의 시 빠르게 대응해주셔서 안심할 수 있었습니다. 전체적으로 만족스러운 경험이었습니다.

Avoid at all costs, these are scammers. Sent me flight details what were non existent.nearly got stranded in Thailand because of this company.

가격도 저렴하고 편리하게 이용했는데, 간혹 사이트 오류로 인해 결제 과정에서 잠시 에러가 뜨는 경우가 있었습니다. 다시 시도하면 되긴 하지만 이용할 때 조금 신경이 쓰이고 불안했어요. 안정성만 조금 개선되면 더 좋을 것 같습니다.

SCAM! Do not book! They took my money, issued a ticket and then airline cancelled due to fraudulent booking. Now they can’t be contacted.

The BIGGEST SCAM. I booked my flight through theflighthub which have different companies connected to it, tealightflights being one of them. When I booked they took my flight momey, then took another 284 off of me. Told me it'll take 48to go back into my account. It never. I called back, they took ANOTHER 530 out of my account l. When I called to ask what the hell they're doing, they said my card was blocked and that they couldn't refund me, they needed different card details. I called up virgin as I had a feeling that nothing was booked. When I spoke to Virgin Atlantic they had confirmed that the company had RESERVED my ticket but not actually paid for it! When I called back they company to ask what was happening, they told me i had called a chicken shop and not a travel agent.!!! Please guys only book through an actual airline website or through kayak or sky scanner. Its not worth the risk.. This company used different companies and 3 different currencies to scam me.. Indigo airlines, and Jetzy. Stay alert. Dont bother googling an adress either. The address tealights use is a virtual office address. Its a block of empty work spaces they just rent out so they can use the address. No one is based there. The 2numbers they used, they have now cut them off.

This website has really poor accountability and I would highly suggest everyone to stay away from this website. My mom was looking for cheaper option for a round trip plane ticket and she made a mistake of double booking. So we called their hotline and they said that based on their system, it was not a double booking because the flight details are different but they will have to double check and email us. When they emailed us they said that it was not double booking since different birth date (but same flight details) then they said the there is a charge of 4620 for canceling the roundtrip flight but they will refund 23900. We bought the 2 roundtrip tickets for 44k EACH. In that sense, I thought maybe that was only for one way. Then they emailed again saying that one booking is refundable and they will charge us 23900 and refund the tax which they said was 4620.. but other booking which has wrong birth date is non refundable and needs to charge us 2300 for change of birth date. I thought it was outrageous because they emailed us again saying they will take 23900 plus service fees (Which costs almost half the price of the roundtrip ticket) and refund us tax of 4600. Then i checked the receipt of what we paid and saw that tax was 11000 for one booking. LIKE SERIOUSLY?! What is wrong with this website?? PLEASE PLEASE. IF YOU WANT TO SAVE MONEY, I SUGGEST DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!! VERY INCONSISTENT and very very unreliable!

I did last minute booking to fly to Fiji via online booking, tea flight gave me the cheap deal/ good price and I had great experience with them and nil issues with the flight as well. Thank you teaflight.com

Booked a flight with them aware they do take up to two days to issue tickets. Unfortunately I needed then a little faster so their customer service team tried to speed it up with head office but at last I did cancel after 34 hours. Customer service was great, they answered the phone straight away and refund was received extremely fast also (2 working days).

Just thought I’d put this review up in case anyone is worried about them holding your money.

Full refund if the ticket hasn’t been issued.

I purchased a direct flight from Singapore to Manchester with Singapore Airlines via TeaFlight as they were one of the cheap options on SkyScanner. After making payment, I started reading reviews for TeaFlight and was terrified I'd just been scammed. A few days later they emailed with my booking reference. When I entered the booking reference (PCN) into the airlines website it told me it didn't exist. Panic set in, so I called the airline. Looks like TeaFlight had actually booked the flight correctly but some reason sent me the wrong booking reference. They cross referenced the e-ticket number they had sent which was correct, and I'm now checked in and have my boarding pass. A stressful experience, but thankfully I wasn't scammed!

Shocking follow up once you book. I booked and didn't get confirmation. I rang. Got confirmation for the outbound, not the return. I rang again. Got confirmation for my return, not my husband's. They said give them 24 hours. So I made 1 booking and have 3 different airline codes for the one booking. They are a shambles.

Ticket that was purchased from their site was never issued, checked with the airline and they indicated the ticket was cancelled/refunded. I never asked for a refund. It left me stranded in Japan scrambling to get another ticket last minute for twice the cost. Will be filing a chargeback for fraud. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM. The ENTIRE company is a SCAM.

Absolute rip off. This company had us rushing between airports in Bangkok due to their lack of understanding of local geography. We were charged outrageous rates for budget airlines and offered seats on overbooked flights. We ended up wasting a whole day, spending most of it in taxis and airports. I will never use this company again. And we couldn’t get a refund on our unused portion of tickets. Appalling.

They had a price that seemed too good to be true for a last minute booking on ANA (48 hours domestic Japan).



Multiple concerns:



1. Initially 38 HOURS scheduled to confirm booking - although this was shortened to 2 hours.



2. Reservation code without confirmation - was initially unable to even attempt to check in online until emails with Tea Flight back and forth.

3. Eventually there was a ticket on the airline website - purchased by TeaFlight at a cost higher than what I paid to TeaFlight. What business run at a loss?



4.. Phoned airline who said that purchased ticket by TeaFlight had been made with an unauthorized credit card - i.e. the purchase had been FLAGGED.

5. TeaFlight had insisted that there was no problem with the booking. But, when I went to check in I was told by the airline ANA that the booking was being CANCELLED due to suspected credit card FRAUD! I had to spend 30 minutes explaining the situation and showing my credit cards which were not the one considered fraudulent. ANA issued a refund to the credit card that was used by Tea Flight but not to me.

Tl;dr Either Tea Flight is either grossly incompetent or there’s something shady about the company. Not only did it take hours of emails back and forth with Tea Flight to sort out basic details necessary for attempting to check in, the whole booking was cancelled by the airline for suspected fraudulent credit card activity by Tea Flight. Definitely not worth the risk for any potential “savings”. I had to buy another ticket at much higher cost to ensure a spot - although Tea Flight did issue a refund.

They sent me an invalid reservation code and stole over $1000 from me.

TeaFlight frauded me where I had to pay a separate ticket of $1800 from NAN-AKL. As normal I checked Sky Scanner for return tickets from Auckland to Nadi. The offer from TealFlight through Sky scanner was reasonable which I booked. I received the confirmation in email strait away. However, the tickets were not issued. I called them and they mentioned that the ticket will be done which I received later. Ticket from Akl - Nan was separate and return ticket from Nan-Akl was separate. I was able to reach my destination with no issues. However, on my return while I was going to check-in, I was told at the counter by the Airline staff that I cannot travel on the ticket issued by Teaflight as it is suspended by the airline. The airline told me that I had been subject to Fraud. I had to buy a new ticket at the counter to return home.
I emailed to TeaFlight and they gave me excuses that I missed my flight, did not check-in etc. They also mentioned that they confirmed with Airline which they didn't. After reading all the reviews, I shouldn't have trusted TeaFlight.

To Sky Scanner - please remove TeaFlight as they have frauded lots of people.
