only thing that I needed to purchase ( Amazon ) was a wired keyboard as could not get any further once I needed to type the wifi password etc but was happy to do that........100% happy and would defiantly recommend

Great value and friendly pleasant staff
I wanted a laptop for my sons 18th birthday but we both knew a brand new one could easily get lost or broken on his way to college. Tech trade had lots of refurbished computers at great prices and good reviews too. I ordered one - paying £5 for it to be delivered next day. This is where they drop a star … 3 days later (and 2 days before his birthday) it hadn’t arrived so I phoned. The person I spoke to was very apologetic and helpful and I received it next day. They have also promised to refund the next day delivery charge. My son is delighted and, despite the delay in receiving the computer, I would definitely use Tech trade again.
