Arrivato ordine senza scatola originale e usato. Per fare un reso ho chiesto a PayPal di aprire la pratica, il venditore ti da un indirizzo di spedizione senza etichetta prepagata quindi non si sa se arriverà mai l'ordine e il rimborso. Sono truffatori

I bought a logitech mouse. When it arrived it was a fake. Luckily bought through PayPal so was able to persue a refund. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

This is a shameless store, do not buy anything from them. They sell knockoffs and when you realize it is fake and need to return it, they disappear. I sent it back on June 10th and signed for it, and then they disappeared without a reply. Pure scam.

Ho ordinato un controller ps4 green camouflage e dopo aver letto le recensioni decisi di rischiarmela un po’. E ovviamente mi è arrivato un controller fake è sempre camouflage sembra identico ma controllando il rumore dei tasti, il peso è tanti altri fattori risulta fake.

Habe einen Ps4 Controller bestellt.
Dieser kam auch zeitnah an.
Nach dem Auspacken funktionierte leider der Controller nicht.
Er lädt nicht und somit kann er ohne Strom nicht funktionieren geschweige sich mit der ps4 verbinden.
Nach Kontaktaufnahme kam das Angebot das ich den Controller zurücksenden soll um die 29,44€ erstattet zu bekommen.
Nur leider kostet mich der Versand nach USA mehr wie die Erstattung.
Somit am besten Finger weg, sonst habt ihr nur eurer Geld für Schrott ausgegeben.

Un po’ perplesso dalle recensioni decido di acquistare ad un buon prezzo un joystick per ps4, andando a letto combattuto, però spedizione tracciata, pagato con paypal.
Codice spedizione non viene comunicato ma tracciato con paypal, nessun aggiornamento dopo spedito.
9-10 giorni dopo come scritto pagina di spedizione viene realmente consegnato, io abbastanza incredulo, joystick in confezione originale, bello, come da descrizione, perfettamente funzionante.

I recently purchased a PS5 controller that was supposed to be a Hogwarts Legacy Limited Edition Controller. I paid the same price as my new Helldivers 2 controller from PlayStation themselves ($95 after shipping and taxes). I paid extra for the tracking, and took them 1 week to provide a tracking number. I constantly updated the tracking and it never got passed the "shipping label created" status. 3.5 weeks later, I randomly get a package in the mail. It was my controller I ordered. After opening the package, found out it just a refurbished standard controller with a Harry Potter skin added. Was not the controller I thought I was buying. Plus, the controller out of the box is not acting right and shows signs of cheap turn around. READ THE REVIEWS AND DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Avoid brought a ps5 controller it turned up in a brown box the buttons didn't work contacted them through email told to return the control for another one lucky I sent it back tracked and signed for after kept emailing them with no response after I sent them prove they had received the return lucky again I payed with pay pal opened a case and got a full refund

This is a scam website. Ordered a controller and paid extra for usps tracking. Tech close outs sent an email that the item had shipped and would arrive Jan 1. By Jan 7 it didn’t arrive and the tracking number showed that they still hadn’t turned the controller into USPS to ship. Contacted them, they said it shipped and would get there in a week(they also said to check the tracking number…it’s like they didn’t even read my message) . That time passed, they still hadn’t turned it in to be shipped, so I told them to refund it, but no response. Filed a dispute

I was sceptical that the Xbox 1 controller wouldn't arrive/would be a fake or broken (UK purchase.)
I needed 1 exactly the same colours as my son's original and this was by far the cheapest advertised and a brand new unit. After a bit of a wait, but still quicker than expected, it arrived well packaged in a perfectly adequate small brown box, probably to save on postage, worked perfectly and still does a year later.

J ai demande le remboursement. On m a indique une adresse pour le retour( frais de port de 17€ a ma charge) et depuis le colis a ete receptionne,plus de nouvelles du vendeur.

Zuerst war ich skeptisch, bestellte aber doch, weil der Preis einfach unschlagbar war. Der PS4 Controller kam nach 8 Tagen: gut verpackt, unbeschädigt, Original verpackt, neu und funktioniert einwandfrei. Mein Sohn ist mega happy und ich auch 😃 gerne wieder.

Ich war etwas skeptisch,aber ich bin begeistert. Die Ware kam nach 9 Tagen und war Original verpackt. (PS4 Controller )

I purchased a Starfield Xbox controller from their website. The RB (right shoulder) button did not function properly. I contacted the seller, and they said to return it for a replacement.

I had to pay the return postage. It has now been three weeks. A replacement has not arrived. They have also stopped communicating with me. I will be refunding the purchase via PayPal if I do not receive the controller by the end of the month.

Avoid this seller. They have a history of broken products and poor communication. Buy from somebody else.

I purchased an Xbox controller for my son as a Christmas present unfortunately it did not operate properly, it would not connect to the Xbox and was always showing flat battery's even when new ones were fitted. Also it would appear to be a model for the Chinese market as most of the instruction were in there language!
I asked for it to be returned and was fobbed off for quite some time but eventually they excepted it, but I had to pay the return postage with them saying they would reimburse me. I gave them a couple of weeks for it to arrive back but again it was dragging on so I made a claim through pay pall, but it would not let me include the return postage. so I am out of pocket with the postage as they say it still has not arrived also they are no longer communicating with me as I am trying to claim the postage costs from the carrier.

War auch etwas misstrauisch, aber im Endeffekt bin ich wirklich zufrieden. Die Versandzeit von bis zu 15 Tage wurde eingehalten und die Ware ist echt top.

Einziges Mango, die Kommunikation ist nicht ganz so gegeben und die Versandverfolgung wird nicht 100% anzeigt.
Leider wurde der Controller ohne original Karton geliefert. Ware ist aber neu und unbenutzt.

Ansonsten kann ich nicht's negatives sagen und es nur empfehlen. Xbox one Controller S
