This is the second time I've used Zoltan and this time he replaced my screen. He did a fantastic job and even tried to save me money by checking if a cheaper fix could be done on the circuit board. Zoltan is a complete professional and a thoroughly nice guy. 100% recommended.

Zoltan is my hero! He is always quick to respond and so helpful. It is immensely reassuring to know if I ever have any problems with my computer there is someone efficient, capable and trustworthy to call on.

The name itself sets the scene. A breath of fresh air and a true gentleman. Professional, knowlegeble and patient. Zoltan was brilliant, worked on my Mac replacing my hard drive and turbo boosting it with 32GB of RAM. He was prompt, exmplained the issues in a way I could understand, and patient with my back to back meetings. I won’t hesitate to use them again.

We have been using Zoltan of Tech Geniuz since January 2020. In that time he has repaired, upgraded, removed spyware/viruses, and installed software and updates for various MacBooks, iPads, Alienware, Dell laptops and iPhones. Most recently he managed to repair my MacBook which was about to implode - and saved many years of data/files.

He has trained us on MacBook functionality and also some very helpful Microsoft tips and tricks. He has built gaming PCs for each of my children, to their exact specifications (and within budget).
We set up our Devolo WiFi booster and he took the time to teach me how to set parental controls and maintain optimised WiFi security.

He regularly helps me, remotely, when I have “user errors”.
Zoltan always responds quickly to messages and is flexible with his availability, so we have very little down time whilst we are waiting for help. He is very professional, punctual and courteous. He has an enormous amount of patience when helping us remotely.

He is completely transparent with pricing for any work required, so there are no nasty surprises when the work has been done and I know that we are getting Apple Genius Bar expertise at a very reasonable rate.

I’ve also recently learnt that he offers support plans for both domestic and business clients. I like the idea of having my own IT helpdesk on call!

No hesitation in recommending this company to others. Zoltan replied promptly to my initial request and having discussed the possible issues, quoted a very reasonable figure. I was lucky that he had availability the next day and he turned up on time and got to work immediately. My initial diagnosis was wrong and he quickly worked out the true issue which was my adapter needed replacing. He also increased the PC memory - not pushing it at all but I thought it best.
Zoltan is incredibly helpful, patient and answered all my questions, however numpty. He also revised the cost down which of course he did not need to as I had provided incorrect information initially.
True professional and I will be recommending him to family and friends.
