Fake advertisement
Bought an iPad Pro 11" from these scammers on Amazon, advertised as the late model but received the oldest one instead.
Reached them for a replace but they kept bouncing me back to Amazon customer support to request a return/refund under the pretext that it's an Amazon listing.
Is it? Then contact them to fix it because it's been nearly 2 months since I've been claiming and that listing is exactly the same.
Or, what about warning your customers about the mistake before sending?
Maybe answering the questions that customers send through the platform would help. Because I sent mine to confirm the model 4 days earlier of the delivery date and no one got back to me.
So, no. A return/refund for your fake advertisement -intentional or not- is not a good enough solution and I won't settle for less than getting what you advertise as late model, in excellent condition.
The experience was lame and their customer support took 0 ownership in this matter.
P.S.: Also, the USB charger was missing although it was included in description, only received the cable.
P.S.2: Answering to Tekeir's reply, I see a lot of empty words but no solution whatsoever. I'm still waiting for the replacement.
