Easy and seamless...
Getting the part I wanted was easy and seamless, getting it on google help.. but when I also called to verify the business and the agent i spoke to made things easy. they didn't take time checking the part in inventory and the interaction on WhatsApp was quick and responsive... with an hour already had my quote... it was great... the company took time releasing the funds but the when they did... i got the part on the day i requested it on... Stellar work*****

Super fast service, great follow up. The team was super proactive in getting our order processed. Tekmart even personally delivered our item because it was too sensitive to go through a normal courier.

- Item arrived *very* quickly, as ordered, in working condition.

Astonishingly good service.
I was looking for a very rare and specialist part for almost 6 months. I looked everywhere, I even contacted Dell South Africa directly and was willing to pay for a new replacement part. Nothing.
10 minutes on the line with Tekmart, and not only did they make a plan for a part that wasn't even a stock item, they gave it to me at a great price, and it was available a day after request. BRILLIANT company, BRILLIANT service, and even a check-in afterwards to confirm everything was in order.
Easiest 5 stars I could ever give.
