i sent airtime to Ghana yesterday and…
i sent airtime to Ghana yesterday and the airtime didnt arrive to the receiver. the receiver had to go to MTN to find out why and complained and they gave her only 60 ghs after i sent 100ghs .
i am not happy about airtime not being received .

The exchange rate is not the same as in the case of currency exchange, because you are buying a product and you are not acquiring it directly from the original provider, so the cost for it will be higher. That's because the transaction involves several currency exchanges and transfers between different companies and business entities located in different countries.
