Im not writing reviews normally but I cant stand these constant bugs and lags. I cant cut 11 minute video properly, last time I was doing it for an hour....

It's just as easy to use as any other tool out there. What makes it different is how your videos look and feel when you send them to people. Very different from Loom and all those standard recording tools.

Been using it since 2022. My clients enjoy it, they tell me the videos I send them are really sharp. Love it!!!

I’ve been using it for about two months. It worked well for the first two weeks, but after that, I started experiencing a lot of bugs.

I recorded a 45-minute video, and then it was impossible to save it. The download just kept loading endlessly on the website. And that’s not the only issue. Even when it does work, exporting takes far too long. Sometimes it says the video has been successfully exported, but there’s nothing on my computer. I have to repeat the process several times.

In short, it’s not worth $25. OBS Studio does the job much better and is far more stable.

Completely unusable. Bugs everywhere.

I use their software five or six times a day! Their support is unparalleled… They always respond to me when I send them an email. Could not be more happy!

I found Tella really easy to use; the best part is, by far, the editor. Automatically removing filler words, adding zooms, and removing unnecessary silences. I have been able to revamp my help center with informative videos in such little time and effort. Can't recommend highly enough

Ive had tella for 2 months now and its constantly having bugs. not telling me record which is insane. and slowing down my recording process. Im going back to loom if this isnt fixed for me asap

This is a great solution for creating, editing and sharing talking-head or explainer type videos. I've been doing this for a while using OBS and Davinci to edit them together, but it's laborious and overly complicated for these types of videos. Camtasia is slow and buggy, and incredibly expensive.

Tella hits the sweet spot of having all the features you need to create engaging videos, while keeping it simple to use. Saves a huge amount of time.

Would like to see some improvements in audio treatment (background noise removal, normalization, etc.) but it's great as it is.

I was subscribed to Tella.tv for two years, but I was disappointed with their cancellation policy. To cancel the subscription, you need to send an email at least 30 days in advance, and the process is far from straightforward. Additionally, I felt they tried to discourage me from canceling.

Personally, I prefer companies with clearer and more transparent policies that allow you to manage subscriptions and cancellations easily from your account, without unnecessary hurdles.

If you value simplicity and clarity in managing online services, it might be worth considering more user-friendly alternatives.

the basic service could be great but it still has too many bugs to be able to use it in a professional and continuous way.
On several occasions I had to redo the video from scratch due to unsolvable technical problems, wasting hours of work.
Furthermore, the online editing of the system requires a very fast connection and, despite this, it has many editing problems.
Very good idea but still very improvable

Absolutely love making videos for Tella. I use it both internally in the company and externally on our help center and Youtube channel.

The new zoom and subtitle functionalities are really great.
