Some of the worst customer service - more than 24hours for esim activation!
Some of the worst customer service. Purchased an esim and it took more than 24hours for them to sort out the activation. Every time I message or call them, it's the standard reply that their team is working on it and will be done in the next 2-3hours. Keeps repeating the same thing over and over again! Can't even bloody cancel my order as they just ignored my request and continue to ask me to wait.

Wir sind für 3 Monate in Asien und Ozeanien. Für Neuseeland haben wir zwei eSims Unlimited mit Telefonnummern, Gesprächs- und SMSguthaben von Spark an Flughafen gekauft. Kosten total NZD 168 für 3 Mte. Funktioniert absolut perfekt.
Für 3 Wochen Tasmanien und Queensland kauften wir eine eSim von Telsim. Die Installation funktionierte nicht und der Kundendienst antwortete nicht auf unser Problem, die schickten uns stattdessen nur laufend neue Angebote. Das Problem konnte nicht gelöst werden und so verlangte ich den bezahlten Betrag zurück. Keine Antwort und keine Rückzahlung. Die paar Dollar bringen mich nicht um und sind die Zeit und den Ärger nicht wert aber Telsim würde ich niemandem empfehlen, denn andere Anbieter bieten wenigstens Unterstützung bei Problemen.
