Thank you for the replacement unit. Some issues 1) I had were not being able to communicate with a live person when trying to call of the issues I was having. 2) This (TP25) unit shuts off automatically on long cooks. 3) Even though I downloaded the app, it still doesn't want to pair with my phone.

The response time to my issue was very quick , taking care of a replacement was hassle free and absolutely the best ! I was very happy with the product I had originally purchased and even better decision due to the customer service experience !

After buying and using a similar product that came packaged in a pretty wooden box, that failed on the second cook and refused to pair every single time after, I bought a TempSpike setup. The shipping was quick, the pairing was so easy, and I haven't had to use customer support. I've since bought a twin spike set for myself and my father in law on the buy one get one promo. Again shipping was quick, pairing seamless, and the first cook was a success.

I ordered the twin temp spike over Memorial Day (BOGO) and only received one unit. Called ThermoPro the following week and they said it was their mistake and they’d ship a new one. As of 6/10/24, a second unit has not shipped.

I just received my ThermoPro so I haven’t used it yet. I can say that shipping was fast and the packaging is great. This looks to be a well constructed unit. Very easy setup and app integration. Looking forward to seeing how well they perform.

I love my new ThermoPro Twin! I had a cheaper version that literally melted on my grill on Medium-low (ends were plastic). Everything about the ThermoPro is seamless from charging to using the app, best upgrade for my grilling game!

The range is pretty amazing. I could smoke meat 100 yards away while lounging in the pool.
Only drawback is how thick the probes are. It's understandable why they're that thick; there's a lot of batteries and tech in those things.

Website doesn't work well on my mobile. Had to purchase on a computer.

The Support is Just Not helping. I would Not buy anything from them again. I Wrote many emails but no one got answered

I saw a cooking thermometer similar to this on Cooks Country. This one is perhaps better. It swivels so you get a level readout and it registers quickly. The controls are few and simple. A commonly available AAA battery runs it. Good price.

Absolutely love it! Works great for a smoker! My smoker is about 70 yds from my living room and the remote works perfect for keeping an eye on temperature it also has alarms that go off if temperatures get too high. U use one probe for meat and the other for smoker temperature.
