But Greg got a variety of facilities to review and also, tour guided us to each of the selected options with the building owner ,Will.

Very professional explained everything on the contract very thorough actually rewrote the whole contract ad benefited me, and saved me from unnecessary items that were written to protect me from the lease contract in the future, I will use Jason again. Brooks Hauf is the broker ALIVE!! Trust Me!!
Working with Brooks Hauf has honestly been one of the best decisions I’ve made throughout this entire journey with Kids Academy CORE Foundation and Kids Academy of Learning & Excellence.
From day one, he understood exactly what I needed—not just the space, but what it actually takes to open and operate. He wasn’t just checking boxes. He was thinking ahead, asking the right questions, and making sure I was protected at every step.
And let me be real—every landlord is not a good landlord. When things got challenging, Brooks didn’t disappear or get quiet. He stepped in. He advocated. He made sure I wasn’t put in a bad position. That matters more than anything.
What really sets him apart is that he’s smart about how he structures things. He doesn’t just go along to get a deal done—he puts real protections in place for you. The kind of protections most people don’t even think about until it’s too late. Not everybody does that.
There were multiple moments where I realized, if Brooks wasn’t involved, this could’ve gone a completely different way—and not in a good way.
At this point, I won’t do anything without him. That’s just where I stand. If I’m doing another deal, expanding, anything—he’s the only person I’m calling.
If you’re looking for someone who actually has your back and knows what they’re doing, Brooks Hauf is it.
