1) In Tender247, the tender normally comes after 2-days, while compared to IndiaMart Tenders & TenderDetail websites. Availability should be like TenderDetail.

2) Some South region tenders are not visible after logging-in and we need to request for those details through individual mails.
These are the improvements which needs to be done in Tender247.

We wonder about the prompt service given by Ms.Nazia Khan from your team. Excellent response correlated with an instant solution. Keep it up.

Even after so much of follow ups, the execitives didn't respond properly. Customer support and guidance is poor.

We did not subscribe to Tender247. In terms of the South African Consumer Protection Act, 68 of 2009 (CPA) Section 11 says that a recipient may refuse to accept, opt-out or pre-emptively block direct marketing communications. The sender must confirm receipt of the recipient's instruction in writing and exercise the instruction free of charge. Tender247 is a company based in Janakpuri, New Delhi India. We received unwanted emails. We are not clients of Tender247 and don't ever want to be their clients. So it constitutes as unwanted marketing material. Who in their right mind would deal with someone in India offering tenders in South Africa? That is bogus. None of us subscribed to receive emails from Tenders247. Tender247 paid for a mailing list and now market unwated material. Its unethical to request us to unsubscribe because we never subscribed in the first place. Go back to your mailing list, check which clients consented and only send mail to those who consented. Stop the practice of sending mail to a purchased mailing list. Don't ask for my email address, there are thousands others that don't want to receive your mail either.

Sick to death of being inundated by emails. Every time I click on the link to unsubscribe yet still I still get emails. I do not think Tender247 have heard of GDPR. Think ICO need to know.

I am using tender247.com services from last 6 months and already won 2 tenders through their information.Good platform for getting accurate tenders and also a great customer service team.Great work team tender 247.
