This was going to be my first purchase of this kind, and although the order couldn't ultimately go ahead due to shipping restrictions, I still wanted to leave a review because the customer service I received was excellent.

Being in the UK, I knew there would sometimes be a bit of waiting around while Oliver checked things with the warehouse in China, so I wasn't expecting instant replies. Even then, communication was always good and I was kept updated throughout the whole process. I never felt like I was being ignored or left wondering what was happening.

Oliver was incredibly helpful from start to finish. I had quite a few questions and concerns along the way, and he always took the time to look into things properly and explain everything clearly. It genuinely felt like he wanted to help me find a solution rather than just make a sale.

When it became clear that the order couldn't go ahead, the refund was handled fairly and professionally, which I really appreciated.

Although I wasn't able to receive the product in the end, I couldn't fault the customer service I received. A big thank you to Oliver for all the time, patience and effort he put into helping me throughout the process.

Based on my experience, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Tenderdolls and I'd happily consider ordering from them again in the future.

What made my experience great? Oliver! Oliver is an absolute professional when it comes to customers. I ordered a Zelex doll and Oliver was able to get them to incorporate a change for me while the doll was in production! You don't get any better than that! Just got my doll so heres my review Beside one little hiccup Because of a festival thing the production was delayed a couple days but beside that overall 10/10 Olivier was great responded quickly to my question doll looks beuatiful just like the photos she arrived very quickly too love her to death, and honestly if i buy another doll in the future im comming back here for sure tho i cant say for sure about the sexual parts of her because im asexual so i have no intrest in using her for that but as a companion 10/10

The doll is insanely heavy. Everything else was awesome. But the weight is too much and I very pretty strong. That was and is the only reason I regret the purchase. I will have the doll disposed of very soon as it is not practical for use and makes it impossible to enjoy the doll.

I purchased 2 dolls from Tenderdolls. In both cases Tenderdolls had great prices, gave great customer service and provided clear updates of the production process along the way. One of the dolls never arrived because it was stolen by a FedEx delivery driver (it was "out for delivery" for months and the status was never updated). Oliver helped me communicate with the doll manufacturer and worked literally for weeks to get the problem resolved. And when the manufacturer and FedEx were taking a very long time to dispute the situation, Tenderdolls backed their guarantee and personally provided a refund for the doll while the manufacturer and FedEx were working out the liability. You can be sure to get a great price with Tenderdolls, but more importantly you can rest easy knowing that Tenderdolls is a trustworthy vendor.

Oliver was very responsive to my emails and the process went off without a hitch despite the great distance the product was being shipped.

She arrived in time for Christmas Eve! Which was wonderful. She is just as stunning as I he pictures, if not more so. Oliver was kind, patient, and always replied in a timely and professional manner. He did his very best to help with my first time buyers jitters. Would definitely recommend!
