Terrible don’t waste your money. Doesn’t show many of the large matches live and why would you pay to watch reruns when you can get them for free?

We signed up to stream Tennischannel thru Hulu. Hula is great to stream everything except the Tennischannel. It was constantly crashing when we were watching Tennischannel. The only response I got was to turn off my home network and reboot, turn off my tv and theater system and turn back on. I did this and it crashed again 10 to 30 minutes later. I bought A seperate device to stream to my tv and then replaced it again when the crashing did not stop. Then Wimbledon came on and was broadcast on ESPN. We watched all of Wimbledon and my system did not crash once! Hulu never crashes except when watching the tennis channel.
Wimbledon is over and we are trying to watch the tennis channel. It is crashing again. I thought about streaming Tennischannel direct and not go through Hulu. The problem with that is you have to pay for a whole year from Tennischannel with no refunds. Hulu let’s you pay by the month. Tennischannel is terrible,

Tennis channel is worthless!! Signed up so we could watch all the major tournaments and others. Wimbledon started today and you cannot watch it on Tennis channel! Per customer service when called they stated they did not get the contract to air. They advertise watch ALL the tennis but you can’t!! Save your money not worth having. Networks have the same issues with contract you would think the Tennis Channel would have exclusive rights!!!! Save tour money!!!!!!

I am posting a review specifically about Tennis Chanel plus customer service. I have been using it online to watch matches (replays mainly) for a couple of years, with some issues, but still good enough. But now I cannot log in on my Samsung smart TV. I am trying to watch the French Open - at least I can log in on my laptop. But not able to watch it on the TV (used to work before). I tried the website's guide and there is no solution. I tried calling several times. The wait times are insanely long. Clearly they do not have the staff to handle the issues going on now. I tried the call back option. They called back about 6 hours later late on a Friday night (and I was asleep). I tried submitting a ticket via there site and no response in 6 days. Other issues also with but will not go into it now. I will probably not renew.

Best to use PayPal There will be no getting out if you grow tired of your tennis channel plus subscription after the first year. I am posting this because someone alerted me to this a year ago and as a result, I was able to take them off of my auto pay on Paypal. This would not have been so easy if I had given them my credit card. I enjoyed the content but then stopped watching. The screens that customers are provided to end their subscription leave them in an endless loop with no one to talk to.

For the last two weeks, across all tournaments, the sound and picture are not synched. I watch without commentary because it is not synched up. In addition, numerous times during the match I am watching, the screen goes black and I am forced to go back and click on the match I want to watch. This is in the streaming version of Tennis Channel.

Channel is a joke, really does a disservice to the sport.
They skipped showing the best woman's player in the world, several times. Swiatek.
This company should not be allowed in public, much less allowed to decide what's important.
What a sad joke.

This company specializes in broadcasting tennis events of ATP and WTA circuits. It advertises its premium streaming service, called Tennis Channel Plus, as an annual subscription service with full access to all ATP and WTA events on any internet capable device, like smart phones, laptops and smart TVs.

In reality, major tournaments have restrictions and often early matches or advanced stages of the tournaments are precluded.

The worst part for me is that they have completely dropped support for Samsung TV. This is tracked by Tennis Channel with case “WO-127161 TC - App Issue on Samsung TV”, which has been reported on October 1, 2023. After more than 3 months since raising the issue there is still no foreseeable solution.

Despite Tennis Channel recognized they dropped the quality and availability of their annual subscription service, they have not been accountable and did not provide a monetary compensation or refund for the remaining months.
