), all issues must be reported within 3 days (72 hours) of delivery, along with proper verification such as an unboxing video or clear evidence of the defect.
In your case:
The complaint was raised after 7–10 days, which is outside our return window.
No unboxing video or valid proof was provided at the time of reporting.
Due to the nature of electronic devices, issues reported after extended use cannot be verified as manufacturing defects. Based on our internal review, the damage appears to have occurred after delivery, which falls outside our responsibility under the stated policy.

Wrong Delivery Address
Although the order was processed and executed fast. The courier did not contact me before delivery of order and delivered order to my billing address instead
Of shipping address as was mentioned on order.
The Team though contacted me later and assured that there will be no reoccurrence of such issue.
