Same scam issues
Same issue as everyone else. Paid for the 7 day trial. Cancelled the same day to avoid the subscription. But termify ignored that and have been repeatedly been trying to take money from my card. Thankfully I read the bad reviews and blocked them from my banking app.

It worked well for generating the terms & conditions and privacy policy.
Support was helpful when I got charged for the subscription which I didn't want to continue.

I signed up simply to create a set of Terms for a new app - I was surprised at the comprehensive set of privacy policies, terms and EULA documents available and took the opportunity to update my policies. Customer service was absolutely excellent and super speedy. I highly recommend Termify - an all round great experience!

Termify has amazing customer service
Termify was great, i signed up quickly, had my content created, paid for it as a once off. The platform is easy to use.
By accident i signed up for a premium subscription and got charged. 30 minutes from contacting support, the subscription was cancelled and a full money refund provided.

I paid a small fee to create a privacy policy and didn’t understand that I’d be billed a monthly subscription. When reaching out to customer service they handled a refund politely and promptly, while also explaining why I was billed. Great customer service

Fast efficient and good
Not only did I get a fast, useful document but I hadn’t realized I had subscribed to a membership. When I responded to the email asking to cancel this is the only company I’ve ever dealt with that immediately responded, fixed the problem and then followed up (just once not 100 marketing emails) to make sure I was good. 10/10 on customer service, speed of delivery, and useful service. In a world where everyone is trying to do everything making every user experience super complex - this was a breath of fresh air.

I paid for 7 day trial and dashboard doesn't load, it opens empty blank page. I tried using different browser but can't login even, they don't send confirmation mail to my email. It is a complete scam, stay away from them.

I had a terrible experience with…
I had a terrible experience with Termify.io. I paid for a 7-day trial, but their service didn’t work properly — I never received an actual account, it was just a session-based interaction. Several documents I generated had wrong names and formats, and I couldn’t even download them correctly.
I strongly recommend avoiding Termify.io.
