Utterly brilliant service. I ordered 3 items that arrived very quickly. I subsequently had to return the tent as I’d been given one by a family member so it was surplus. I contacted Terra Nova who said it was fine to return it. I received a refund the day after returning. All the products were brilliant, and I can’t recommend Terra Nova highly enough. Thank you.

Incredible selection for wild camping and such good quality. The latest tents are so well designed it was hard choosing. Love the fact there is the regular and premium version of every tent. Oh and a British company in camping means they understand Dartmoor!

I ordered the 1g tent pegs for a bikepacking trip from St. Malo to Nice. Unfortunately there was a delay in delivery and I left before they arrived so have been unable to rate the product as I haven’t used them

Three items were ordered and only two were delivered.
I emailed sales and and still have not received a reply this was ten days ago and I still have not received the item or had any updates!

Lady at Terra Nova got me a replacement flysheet for my Quasar within 24hrs. Awesome service hence why I own three Terra Nova tents

Absolutely first class service, I needed a replacement tent at short notice as none of my current tents are suitable for the trip I’m undertaking across the Pyrenees mountains on a motorbike. I telephoned Terra Nova and asked if it would be possible to ship next day, they said they could and to complete the order on line and Sam said she would monitor it to make sure it left the same day for next day delivery. They did this without any extra charge. I am now the proud owner of a pioneer 2 tent which we put up today and it will be perfect for the trip. Thank You Sam Norton for your excellent service this is how internet buying should be !

Ease of ordering and the quality of the products

Really disappointed. Pole missing from tent and they insisted that I ought to pay the full cost for a replacement (admittedly I had purchased the tent some time ago but it does feel as though some basic customer care was missing here). Not great.

Finally retired my original Terra Nova Voyager after nearly 27 years. It has served me well so bought another.
Just back from my first wild camp twith the new voyager so can compare old and new. Same great design with plenty of space for 1. Not convinced by the new pole sleeves, the old model used broad webbing which made for quick pitching even in poor conditions. The new sleeves are quite tight making pitching slower. Just a concern this would show up the limitations of inner first pitching in windy or wet conditions.
New pegs are way better than the original aluminium hooks which I traded out years back. The new DAC featherlight poles do what it says on the tin, c150 gram weight saving over the Easton poles. The flysheet material doesn't feel as robust as the old but so far so good.
Hopefully will get a good few years from the new model and looking forward to testing its limits. It has a lot to live up to.

The walking poles are unreliable. The locking pin extendable section of the pole often retracts and causes the poles to collapse into a mess.

Zonda 4ep. Air flex pole failed on first pitch. Blew a hole.

I'm so disappointed. First family camp and is just a 4 day trip to iron-out any issues. Didn't expect it to be the tent.

Made in China if you couldn't have guessed.

Thing was so heavy too, even more disappointed it didn't turn out to be heavy duty.
