I was in the market for a new health scheme with to cover a pre-existing condition, and was completely lost in the options, one continuation quote I'd been given was almost six times the market price, and I couldn't work out what it actually bought me.
Aaron cut through it in one call, explained clearly what was and wasn't covered, and found me the one policy on the market that genuinely met my needs. He was patient with all my questions (I'm new to the UK), never pushy, completely transparent that there are no fees, and set the whole thing up the same day.
