The TestGuild is an invaluable resource for software quality professionals. Its founder, Joe C, along with the community members collectively have years and years of testing experience and know what testing technology works and what doesn't. If you are trying to figure out a testing problem, there is a good chance someone else there has encountered the same thing and has insight. Things are moving pretty fast these days and it is great to have a real community to share ideas and experiences.

What started as a simple podcast about software testing has grown to include an online conference, meet ups, and a website. All of the content is high quality--nothing is delivered simply to get page views, all of it provides value. But, beyond all of that, it's greatest value may be in the community that it has created and fostered.

TestGuild has been the place for SDETs to together and learn about new technology for the last 10 years. It now has a Heatbeat community where folks gather to discusss their experiences. Everything from API testing, functional, security, load tesing and beyond. Joe Colantonio hosts a weekly podcast that features QA thought leaders throughout the industry. At the start of each new year there is an online conference that offers recorded deep dives into a variety of tools and topics followed by live Q&A with the presenters. If you are a tester then this is the friendly place where you will find your people.

Without TestGuild, I wouldn't be where I'm at today. Because of them, I learned about Selenium, and I use it everyday to keep my clients happy by running automated tests. I can catch bugs before my clients do!

Joe is the most caring and trustworthy person in this industry. Plus, he's always ready to answer questions and help out!
