I have purchased this service twice before, using it for the third time I have had it for over 3 weeks with not a single test offered. I even paid extra so I would get SMS alerts, I cannot even get offered 1 test!?

Promises to send you sms notifications but never do even for tests more than 10 days.
Even the Reserved tests are never available as when you go on within the timeframe to confirm it they are never available. Then every time your test is unavailable they deactivate your search so it takes another 24 hours before you contact then to get it activated again!!
They make excuses and say DVSA can pull tests at anytime and then send you the same automated message back “be quicker !! (It was 10 mins!) And the so called test they offered me was supposed to be reserved for 5 hours!!)
Refund is only possible if they cannot OFFER you a test NOT a confirmation of a test !! So all they need to do is offer you a FAKE test for you not be eligible for a refund!
Also beware that any test that is short notice - less than 10 days (not 3 days as stated on their website) you don’t get a sms or get it reserved for you so you have as much chance as a standard user paying a lot less than the £180 ultimate package.
Basically there is no difference - you have more chance of getting one off the DVSA website than let these scammers take your money and lie to you.
I’m now in the process of taking this matter further!!

We paid for the Pro package and were offered a test an hour and a half after signing up for Test Ultimate, with 13 days notice, giving us plenty of time to practice driving in the test centre area. Brilliant thank you! Passed first time.

They got me an early test. Took about a month to get one for Loughton (which is a relatively high demand test centre). TLDR: It worked.

P.S. I'd advise to anyone using these apps, just be extra careful that you've set the correct date requirements you want.

I decided that I was happy with my test date and told it to stop finding me cancellations. Three weeks later they find me a same day cancellation which I DID NOT WANT so I’ve now lost my driving test

Horrible company. I had the service for well over a month and chose the cheapest package (still about £65.) in this time, they offered one test date and it was unavailable when I tried to book it in. I am now leaving the country for four months and emailed to request my money back as they failed to provide me with a test- which is what I had paid for- and the customer service rep, Zoe, ignored very single thing I asked for and refused simply due to the fact that a test had been technically offered. When I asked to speak with someone else she again ignored this request and sent another email saying the same thing as the five previous emails sent to me. The problem is not just that they have refused to refund me- their customer service is actually embarrassingly bad and their reps are passive aggressive and rude. See their service didn’t even work so I don’t know where they get off being so rude. I would strongly urge anyone contemplating using this service to go elsewhere. You will regret using it. Use me as and example :)

Test Ultimate is a scam. They take your money and are not able to find you a test. If you ask for a refund (which you are entitled to by their own policy) they cancel your pre-existing test that you booked.
This company is a complete fraud which I have reported. Everyone should do the same and take legal action against this fraudulent company.

Scammers never trust them they take your money and they never book for you.
I my self I pay them but they didn’t book me anything at the same they very poor communication even if they response they are unprofessional.

I was entitled for my refund after 3 weeks waiting period. And they never refund me nor contacted back.

Big big scam

Test Ultimate is a scam. I used them a few years ago and they found me a test. I used them again recently and they don't find you any tests. They know you're Jewish and you can't work on Saturday and the only test they will offer is a Saturday. I purchased the standard package and then upgraded to super priority package hoping this will find me a test in London quicker - it did not find me any test. There is no flexibility in their refund policy meaning they will not refund your money under pretty much any circumstance. They are very unpleasant to deal with via email with AI standard answers. Very unhelpful. Essentially a money grabbing company.

got sent a test at 11:30pm for a test at 12 the next day so considering i wqs asleep and had work the next day i didnt even know about the test until it was too late so wasted a test ,money and time
