stomer for over 6 years, and this was by far the worst experience I’ve had. The website clearly showed a total of $76.00 at checkout, but after completing the purchase, I was charged $96.29 instead. This difference was not clearly disclosed beforehand.

When I contacted customer service, they refused to adjust the charge to the original advertised price and only offered the difference as store credit for future purchases. That is not an acceptable solution.

I requested to cancel the order. Despite that, the item was still shipped, then later canceled while in transit. Meanwhile, my money remained charged, and I had to escalate the issue with my bank and file a complaint before getting a refund.

Eventually, I did receive my $96.29 back, but only after unnecessary stress, wasted time, and a very frustrating process.

Based on my experience, pricing is not reliable and customer service does not properly resolve issues. I would strongly recommend double-checking your final charges or considering other retailers.

Very disappointing.

Just noticed they charge a franchise fee tax. Will not be purchasing there again.

I've ordered a couple of times from this company and have not had trouble. Until this last order December 6th of 2025. They had a Rocky Patel disciple five pack on sale that I've been waiting on for a month and a half now. Finally called the customer service and she told me that Rocky Patel does not make the disciple anymore. LOL it's for sale all over their website in individuals 5 packs and boxes. I told her all this and she kept coming up with excuse after excuse. I will not do business with them anymore. This company will not honor their sale price.

Very good site they shipped my order very quick and all the cigars I got were in great shape and I was able to find some of the best deals I every found on this site and it also has a great benefits you can earn points and get free stuff from orders it's a 10/10

I have been buying cigars online from this store for years. Through the last couple stuff went down hill fast. This last time my order said total due was 149.49 but charged my card 161.00. They run out of cigars constantly and don’t often have the best prices. When I go to another site to check and email them they always write back on why they can’t price match. It is almost turning scammy. I am thinking it is new owners or burnt out owners.

Customer service horrible! Can't use your points on shipping if cigars on sale! Not much of a sale if your cheapest shipping is 8.99.Shop elsewhere where they care about you as a customer!

I was told a product was $xx with free shipping at Google shopping and went to buy it and they were charging me at least $6 shipping on top of the price quoted. I called the cust serv line and left a specific message as to the issue and left a return number. 24hrs later no call. I sent an email with all of the detail after getting voicemail and no return email. Its been over 24hrs in the middle of the week.

Tex Cigars is the best in the business at what they do! They have excellent customer service that hooks me up PHAT every time I order! I love Camille. She has extensive knowledge of cigars and hasn't steered me wrong yet. Delivery is quick and they always under promise and over deliver!! I'll never buy from anyone else.
