Your reports of live answers is verifiably inaccurate
A number of callers that you show on your report as having live answered actually never received the call at all. I am the person who maintains the database, and I am the one who records the messages to be sent. In your report it shows that I received a call that was live answered. This is not accurate. I even checked with my cell phone provider who stated a call never came in from that number to my cell phone, and I never received it, so I can verify that the others in our agency who reported they never received the message are being honest about it. This happened to be a snow event of no consequence. However, if this had been a real-life emergency the fact that the message was not delivered is a HUGE issue, especially when your system reports that the messages are being delivered.
We have been a customer for over ten years and have convinced other agencies to join this service. I am sad that we might have to look for another alternative if this cannot be resolved.
