Love the functionality!

The system is easy to learn and use. The library feature is great for holding sample messages so we're not having to create messages from scratch in the midst of a true emergency. Thank you!

As an education administrator

As an education administrator, I’m always looking for ways to communicate with prospective college students and their families without adding extra layers to an already busy day, and **Text-Em-All has made that so much easier.

What I appreciate most is how simple and efficient it is. I can send out reminders about applications, deadlines, and events in minutes, and I know families are actually seeing them. Let’s be honest, emails get ignored, and phone calls get missed, but texts? They get attention.

I also love the voice message option because sometimes people just need to hear a real person. It adds that personal touch without taking up hours making individual calls.

And the data? That’s the real win for me. I can see who received the message, who responded, and where I need to follow up. That kind of insight helps me stay organized and intentional, especially when working to make sure every student has a fair shot at success.

If you’re in education and serious about improving communication and engagement, this is a tool worth using. It’s efficient, it’s practical, and it gets results.

Do not use this company!!

Do not use this company!!! They will cancel your account after 6 months using an excuse that you are not operating within their terms and conditions with no other reasons or explaining why. Find another company that you can trust!!
