5/5 Stars – Flawless, Stress-Free Experience from Start to Finish!
Moving to a new country can be incredibly daunting, but Thailand Blueprint made securing my retirement visa completely effortless. Because their team can handle almost the entire process remotely, I didn’t have to stress about running around between offices.
A massive shout-out to Watt, who was absolutely phenomenal. Watt’s communication was top-tier—always fast to reply, exceptionally clear about exactly what was needed, and incredibly reassuring throughout.
If you are worried about navigating confusing paperwork, opening Thai bank accounts, meeting the strict financial requirements, or dealing with immigration offices on your own, save yourself the headache and hire Thailand Blueprint. They got everything done much quicker than I ever expected. Thanks to Watt and the team, I am now happily settled and enjoying my retirement in beautiful Hua Hin. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Wat & his team made things easy. From getting organised in Australia before coming to Thailand to getting retirement Visa once in Thailand , extensions & help registering a car things ran smoothly. With all the endless red tape I would have been pulling my hair out (what little i have !). If you like stress, do it yourself!!
If you want to use professionals I would recommend Wat, Fah & their team . They are also very nice people whic helps.

We found Thailand Blueprint to be very professional and responsive to any query we had from start to finish.
We applied for our Non O visa and it was handled with much professionalism and went very smoothly. They applied for the evisa for Australia and then when we arrived in Bangkok we met at the bank and our bank accounts were opened, no stress no worries. we then transferred 800k baht into our accounts. A few weeks later back to Bangkok for our visa extension and multiple entry stamp. A visit to the bank then off to immigration, all in one day. Finished early afternoon and all we had to do was photos and signatures.
The stress was taken out of the equation.
Wat and Fah were professional and friendly every step of the way.
I know others say you can do this yourself, BUT, would you want to? Why put yourself through the stress of it all when in another country and a language barrier. Thailand Blueprint made it so less stressful so I would highly recommend the team if you are contemplating using an agent for your visa or relocation to Thailand.
They thoroughly deserve the 5⭐️ reviews.

Moving to Thailand on a retirement visa was stressful enough. They really made the visa application process easy and stress-free. There are several steps to get it all done but the staff was extremely helpful.

These guys are awesome, not just Visa's as well, the full package if you want it, driving licenses, bank accounts, phones, Condo tours, made my relocation a walk in the park. Great customer secure portal for uploading requested documents, highly recommended.

I’m very happy and glad i went through Thailand Blueprint for my non immigrant O visa. I was considering the OA visa but they advised me otherwise. Opening a bank account and obtaining the visa was seamless. Having been at the Immigration centre, it can be daunting for those considering doing this on their own. It is definitely worth outsourcing this stress to them :-))

Adam and Wat were helpful, informative and responsive. I would highly recommend them to family and friends considering moving to Thailand.

Thanks guys!

I got to say, Wat and Adam are the best people you will find here in bangkok if you need help getting a visa. I'm a retired American veteran married to a Tanzanian wife and their whole team has been helpful and accommodating in our visa struggles here in thailand. Wat has been there with us holding our hands and explaining the process every step of the way. I tried doing a few things on my own thinking it would be so simple, which wasted 2 days of walking around bangkok. All phone calls or questions emailed have been returned in a timely manner. Great team you can trust and trust is worth every penny in my book. I know that I could of never done everything on my own. Having someone who can speak to the immigration staff while you are there just makes everything easier. So glad I found them. I would give them 11 stars if I could.

My wife and I have been contemplating on retiring to Thailand for several years now. A major reason why we have not begin our visa application process is the ‘complexity’ of Thailand’s retirement visa system; the unclear requirements and not having the right ‘guidance’ in applying and obtaining our retirement visas! In short, we were confused, hesitant and wondering if the whole process was going to be a mountain we were willing to climb!
That is before we met Wat at Thailand BluePrint. During the past two weeks and many email exchanges so far, Wat has demonstrated to us his patience, his expertise in guiding us through the Thai visa maze. I spent nearly eighteen months trying to understand the Thai visa application process from beginning to end but still with many questions of my own. Then I found Wat and in less than six email exchanges so far, I am very clear of Thailand’s retirement visa requirements for a couple in our situation. Wat has not only lifted the fog in our minds, but his strong desire to contribute to us finally reaching our retirement goals are genuine and trustworthy. We can now see the ‘rainbow’ at the end of our search!
I highly recommend Wat and this company for all your Thailand visa struggles!
Thank you Wat!
Sincerely,
Brian Chow

The company provided clear, direct, answers to all of our questions and made the visa process quicker and much easier than it would have been otherwise.

The process of getting the Non-A retirement visa was straightforward. Wat was very helpful and explained the process and everything with regards to the visa. He got the visa done at immigration and was also present to open the bank account. Cost of visa and service was specified and charged accordingly once the work was completed. Highly recommend Thailand blueprint and Wat for their services in Bangkok.

It’s difficult these days to fully trust a long list of 5-star reviews online — but after our experience, I gladly add mine.
Thailand Blueprint company was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. They helped us secure our retirement visas in Thailand during an extremely difficult and stressful period, while we were located in an active war zone. Their calm professionalism and obvious years of experience made a huge difference.
What impressed us most was that they clearly understand that every case is different. My husband’s process and mine were handled individually, with every detail carefully considered based on our specific circumstances. Nothing was treated as “one size fits all.”
The organisation and communication were exceptional. Their IT systems, apps, automation, and structured workflows made the entire process remarkably smooth and efficient — something you truly appreciate when dealing with immigration paperwork and international uncertainty.
They are also extremely well connected throughout Thailand and coordinated everything seamlessly through their highly competent partners at our final destination.
Professional, responsive, organised, experienced, and genuinely supportive throughout the process. We could not have asked for better guidance during such a stressful time.
Highly recommended.

The ultimate, stress-free relocation service for retiring in Thailand

After visiting Thailand for a few holidays, I decided it was where I wanted to take early retirement. I did a massive amount of reading regarding the retirement visa requirements and quickly realized I’d need professional help. Initially, I spoke with standard Thai law firms offering basic visa services, but then I discovered Adam & Wat of Thailand Blueprint.

What sets them apart is that they don’t just handle the paperwork; they offer a complete, end-to-end relocation package that ticked every single one of my boxes.

Beyond seamlessly securing my retirement visa, their team:

Helped me easily set up my local bank accounts.

Provided a great rental agent to find my property.

Escorted me step-by-step through the Thai driver’s license process.

Arranged dedicated consultations with both a Thai solicitor (for my Thai Will) and a local tax expert for essential tax advice.

Thailand Blueprint provides a truly comprehensive, full-service experience at what I felt was a very reasonable price. If you are looking to move to Thailand without the headache, I cannot recommend them highly enough.

For anyone looking to relocate to Thailand, please read this!

Thailand Blueprint is absolutely the BEST, and should be anyone’s ONLY option in seeking out a relocation service to this beautiful country.

After recently retiring in Miami, Florida (and having focused on Thailand for quite some time as my new retirement home), I searched the internet, and luckily discovered the amazing ThailandBluprint.com website, with its justifiably stellar reviews. I opted for an initial Zoom meeting with founder, Adam Parker, after which I was undeniably convinced that I was making the right choice.

Presented with two different options on how to make my immigration process hassle-free, I ended up choosing their “full package”, which is offered to anyone looking to relocate to Bangkok, specifically, and I can’t imagine the challenges I might’ve faced on my own, had I not utilized this full service offering. I truly, truly, and highly recommend the same for anyone also opting to start this new part of their life here in Bangkok.

From start to finish, I was hand-led with the utmost professionalism and care. Included in my full-package calendar of events was an arranged shipper (no Customs agent needed to clear my contents upon arrival with this door-to-door service), an escorted fast-track service through Customs on arrival with quickness & ease, receipt of my initial 90-day Non-O Retirement Visa, subsequent 1-year Retirement Visa, first 90-day check-in (& required) Immigration visit, arrangements for my initial stay upon arrival to Thailand, the establishment of a Thai phone number & plan, the establishment of a Thai banking account, an expert relocation bilingual realtor, a tax consultant, an attorney that can help prepare a bilingual Thai/English Will for myself, a full registration at one of Thailand’s best bilingual hospitals (so that all of my vitals are in place ahead of any visit I might need in the future), a full-day escort with co-founder Wat that ensured that I was comfortable and confident with using the different forms of mass transport here in the city, and that I had the appropriate apps uploaded to my phone that can make living here all that much easier, and the list goes on & on.

Why would anyone attempt to tackle and surmount all of these hurdles on their own, when this “full package” is already all-inclusive & eliminates the guess work out of what to do next (add how, when, & where)? It was truly an amazing experience, complete with fast & informative response times.

For those of you considering other parts of Thailand for your relocation, then I would suggest utilizing their “Visa Services” package. Thailand Blueprint’s knowledge of how to fill out & submit Visa applications correctly the first time takes the guesswork out of your hands. They assist you with establishing a Thai bank account, educate you with a suggested simple & easy wire transfer service, and then personally escort you for a fast-track through the local Immigration office when it comes time to turn your temporary 90-day Visa into the more permanent 1-year Visa (Retirement, Working, etc.). We saw people at Immigration when we arrived mid-day that had obviously arrived before us, and who were still there after we finished and left. Thailand Blueprint has worked out all of the bugs, and know the right people to see in that big Immigration building, so that you don’t waste your time making guesses yourself at where to go, what documents to present, etc.

This entire process was absolutely seamless. I can only HIGHLY recommend Thailand Blueprint as your sole choice to lead you professionally, quickly, and problem-free through your own relocation process.

Well done, Adam, Wat, and staff! I’m eternally grateful for all of your support & ensuing friendship. 💯%!!!

I cannot recommend the service enough. Very professional and very prompt communication. They know the whole process by heart. Thank you for your help and would highly recommend to anyone looking for move the Thailand.

Very happy to have found this group. They are easy to use, efficient and patient for some questions/issues that I had. Initially I tried doing this myself and this was FAR easier. Good company and more importantly great people. I will use them again in the future.

It couldn't be any better. I really appreciated the patience of the team and in particular Wat being very reliable, acknowledged and prompt directing the whole process for my Non- Immigrant O Visa. All I can say is a big Thank You and just keep up the good work. You'll be in very good hands if you choose this agency. Cheers!

Having just gone through the non O visa experience it could not have happened without Adam and Wat. Thai visa regulations are excessively complicated and can change without notice. The immigration office is chaotic and unless you speak the language it will sound like a Beatles album played backwards. These guys get the job done, complete pro game!

Thanks So Much To The Team At BluePort. Sara And I Are So Appreciative Of The Work You Guys Have Done To Assist Us In Making Our Dream Of Living In This Beautiful Country Of Thailand The Place With The Best People And Food In The World. Can't say enough good things about Adam, Praew and Wat. The entire LTR WP Visa process was very straight forward, easy and smooth. They absolutely did an excellent job in getting my Visa. Praew knew every form that the BOI would accept. No messing around, she knows her business. Adam personally answered all of my numerous questions. They are worth every cent and more. Looking forward to working with them more in the future. They are the Goto folks for your Visa needs.

Wat and his team did a fantastic job and made the application process for my retirement visa stress free. The team is highly professional and were great at communicating each stage of the process. Wat is very knowledgeable and he made sure everything went smoothly. I’ll definitely be asking Thailand Blueprint for help in future. Much appreciated! Will Yeung.
