Please stop subjecting your customers to this level of inconvenience. I have never experienced such an exhausting and frustrating customer-service process. What should have been a simple purchase has required me to make repeated calls, send multiple messages, follow up continually, and coordinate the matter myself.
This has gone far beyond a minor inconvenience. It has been an extremely disappointing and unacceptable experience. I urge you to review how this matter has been handled and take immediate steps to improve your customer-service practices.
They sent me a used product and it’s been more than 50 days … they cudnt replace it … beware of shopping with them …

Very disappointing experience. I ordered a customised Farshi set on **12 Sept** after their website showed **3–5 days delivery** for my pincode. I had clearly told them it was for a specific occasion and was assured it would arrive on time.

After repeated delays, I asked them to **cancel and refund the order on 18 Sept, before delivery**, as the occasion had already passed. They still shipped it, and I finally received it on **23 Sept — 11 days after ordering**.

Now they are refusing the return saying customised outfits are non-returnable, even though I **cannot find this condition in the guidelines shown to me (I have screenshots)**. The fitting is also completely off, and their solution is simply “get it altered.”

If customers are expected to follow your guidelines, what about the **3–5 day delivery commitment shown on your own website?**

I have screenshots of everything. **Would not recommend.**

I had actually read some reviews, but unfortunately, I read them only after placing the order. I thought maybe things had changed now and that I wouldn’t face the same issues, but unfortunately, those reviews turned out to be completely accurate.

I really should have checked the reviews properly before ordering from a new website. It’s not even about the money — it’s about the **time wasted and the excitement being ruined**. The happiness of waiting for an outfit, thinking about when you’ll wear it, and looking forward to receiving it is completely gone when you have to deal with such an experience.

I had a very disappointing experience with Gal.com.

I had to follow up multiple times just to track my package, and even then, the responses were unclear and unhelpful. There was no proper communication regarding shipping updates, which made the whole process frustrating.

My order was delivered nearly a month late. I was told the delay was due to Ramadan, but after checking other reviews, it seems this is a recurring issue and not a one-off situation.

If such long delays are expected, it should be clearly mentioned on the website so customers can make an informed decision before ordering.

Overall, very poor customer service and lack of transparency.
The dress was also not good. The fitting was bad.

I will not be ordering again.

Fake site . I have placed an order and its more than 15 days they haven’t provided any tracking ID and not replying to messages also. Don’t buy anything from this site.

I’m giving 2 stars only for their collection. However, the service has been extremely disappointing. I placed an order and had to follow up constantly for 14 days before it was finally delivered—damaged and stained with oil.

I then requested a return, but days have passed with no update on pickup or refund. During the follow-ups, they repeatedly gave false assurances of delivery within 2 days and even shared a fake tracking ID that showed the item as 'awaiting pickup' for several days. To make things worse, they deleted my comments on Instagram rather than addressing the issue.

Very frustrating experience. I will never purchase from this website again. Highly disappointed.
