I’ve been slowly implementing some of the suggestions I received in my transformation package and they’ve made a huge difference. I’ll admit, I was skeptical! But I can see now that the hesitation to change was on me, and That Girl Concept knows what they’re doing! I’d highly recommend!

Guide was finished very quickly. Digital make over is very detailed, answers all the questions and gives multiple options on hairstyles and makeup products, and even recommendations on best brow shape!
Very helpful advice on the color season and clothing types, pairing perfectly with hairstyle recommendations.
Overall, very satisfied, 10/10

I’ve been feeling really frumpy and decided to us That Girl Concept for a facial analysis and makeover ideas, and I’m so glad I did. The visual she created for me was something I never would have chosen myself, but it’s incredibly flattering and I love it!

She gave a ton of helpful ideas — different ways to style my hair, makeup looks, and even specific product recommendations. I’m really excited to start trying everything she suggested!

I genuinely don't know how to write this review because I'm still so sad about it.

I had been following Sarah's ThatGirlConcept page on Instagram for months. I've been watching every story, liking every post, recommending her page to my friends before I'd even bought anything. I was such a big fan. The transformations she posted looked incredible and she seemed so warm and genuinely invested in her clients. I saved up and finally bought the IT Girl package with so much excitement and hope.

What I received just broke my heart a little. The guide felt generic and nothing in it reflected the personal details I had shared with her. It didn't even match my hair length. For something marketed as a deeply personal experience, it felt like I didn't matter at all as an individual.

I so badly wanted this to be everything I imagined. I had been looking forward to it for so long. It's such a shame because I was rooting for her so much.

Oh my goodness where do i start?! Life changing experience. It’s very scary to ask someone to help you glow up and be vulnerable. What a wonderful experience. The changes helped me become more confident and more approachable and noticed by all.

For a long time I was thinking about seeking help with styling and color analysis and I decided to try Thatgirlconcept because of all the amazing makeovers on instagram. It's nice to have someone experienced to help you in styling instead trying yourself through many mistakes and many years.
The guide I received is amazing. So much usefull data and tips. I was surprised that hair color that I thought would never fit me actually suits me. I can only recomend. If you are a little lost or unsure in your styling this can be for you.

Timely, accurate and really helpful. I got far more than I expected and was so pleased with the results. I feel I can glow up in the best way possible.

I ordered the personalized facial analysis (no procedures). Once purchased, I received a link with detailed and clear instructions. The turn around is about 2-3 weeks which is outlined in the email. My order took about 3 weeks- I was provided 1 mock up image and the rest of the document includes best hair cuts, colors, hair styling tips, brows, best makeup shades and example products w/ tips. My only recommendation would to have 2 mock up photo options at this level. This was a fun and affordable and I would recommend this service, she did a great job!

That Girl Concept is a popular Instagram account that features makeovers of celebrities. They sell facial and color analysis and I paid for both. Right after placing the order, I received a message that my order would be delayed. When I followed up, they said they forgot to send it and sent a few pages of AI generated content that was not specific to my face or type.

Great experience, was very happy with my results and had lovely communications!! Would def recommend to others. xx

Sarah has issued me a refund, which is surprising, and the email I received was noticeably less defensive and rude.

I've given it some time before posting this review as it really knocked my confidence after recieving my edit.

1. The makeover aged me by at least a couple of decades
2. The makeup looked clownish
3. As everyone else has said, I had to email to get my edit and was told it was 'sat in the draft folder', so not a rare occurrence as TGC has stated.

She was rude and very defensive; not professional at all.

I'm expecting a very defensive, unapologetic response to this review, as this is how Sarah Jamal Saleh ( the girl behind That Girly Concept) responds to everyone unhappy with their edits.

This is a value adding service. The amended photo helps a lot to visualise yourself differently and the analysis explains why and provides potential alternatives. It is not a simple fix solution. the recommendation I received is spot on. Thank you!

Avec That Girl Concept les modifications sont naturelles et légères, ça me semble facile à reproduire ! Je suis vraiment contente du résultat !

Took a bit of time to receive (I had to follow up, which they do mention potentially needing to do upfront so it wasn’t a surprise), but it’s a great guide! It definitely seems like an affordable way to learn how to dress and style more for your body type and color season. I’m super happy with the results and would recommend.

She did a fantastic job and I absolutely loved my guide. It enhanced my natural features instead of overpowering them.

This has made such a difference to how I look and feel! I ordered the ‘That Girl Transformation’ bundle and got my colour season and facial analysis, alongside body type. So much new information and recommendations to transform my look for a really reasonable price. I had previously used apps to analyse my colour season and they were so off, I definitely recommend That Girl Concept for a true and accurate analysis. I hardly recognise myself, I look 10 years younger and the compliments are flying in. 🫶🏻
