I felt informed, listened to and understood. I went away with an understanding of my situation, options and some time to reflect on the right decision to make for me!

I first went to THCP about five years ago during one of the lockdowns. I’ve been very impressed with the care I’ve received. My current audiologist, Rebecca Wylie, does a fantastic job, she is very thoughtful and goes to a lot of trouble to find out all she can about my hearing problems, and she is so good at explaining what she’s doing and what the hearing test results mean. The warranty on my hearing aids is coming up to expiry, but I shall get a new pair (an improved model) and another five years of warranty with free appointments. I’m glad I can afford to go to a private audiology company because the level of care I receive is excellent. And my audiologist, Rebecca Wylie, does a fantastic job. My appointments with her have been a total pleasure, and I’m very glad to be under her care.

From ear wax removal to hearing test and hearing aid fitting Cathy Pedersen explained and discussed and explained all my questions. Her friendly professional approach enabled me to confidently make an informed decision. Subsequently that decision has proved life changing.

When I reaised that I was losing my hearing I was very upset. I was mishearing and misunderstanding what family and friends were saying and felt isolated and reluctant to join in. The NHS had a long waiting list and, finding that THCP had a branch on my doorstep I called them. Cathy has been a godsend from day one, professional and reassuring, nothing to much trouble and endlessly patient. I am very pleased with my hearing aids and am impressed by the level of service with everything that I need incuded in the price. Cathy heped me choose the ones that were best for me, explaining everything fully. At no time, importantly, was there any suggestion of 'hard sell'. In short, I can't thank her enough. She really has changed my quality of life.

Discovering that Doctors Surgeries no longer syringe ears I looked for reliable information on the internet and found THCP. From initial contact, through having ears cleared and hearing tested, to having Hearing Aids fitted has been a pleasant and reassuring experience. Cathy Pedersen is very professional and answered all my questions and concerns whih has resulted in a very successful restoration of hearing performance.

I had my initial hearing test with Cathy in Haverfordwest on the recommendation of family. I have been using NHS aids for 8 years but knew I needed a review and sadly knew I'd have a long wait. I am extremely fortunate in being able to afford private care and I do not begrudge paying for these excellent aids. They have made a huge difference to my hearing and I love being able to adjust them through my phone plus stream music etc. Cathy is so patient and friendly. I feel confident that I have expertise just a phone call or email away and am reassured that I have access to six monthly reviews of my hearing health.

I have had hearing-aids for a number of years but two years ago I decided I needed something better, that’s when I contacted THCP. I’m pleased I did as I found Cathryn to be most helpful. She was very patient and professional. The new hearing-aids and accessories that she prescribed for me have made a huge difference in my life regarding conversation/television/telephone etc. Up until this week I have found that making subsequent appointments for adjustments; minor repairs; wax removal; all very easy and have always been attended to promptly.
I have no hesitation in recommending THCP and Cathryn to anyone looking to improve their hearing and quality of life.

Excellent service. Very friendly, professional and everything explained fully. Visiting the Hearing Care Partnership was a very positive experience with an excellent outcome. My newly acquired hearing aids, which are practically invisible, have given me a confidence boost. My hearing is greatly improved and I can now join in conversations that I was missing before.
I am so pleased that I took the "plunge".
