I saw Jacqueline McPolin at Mackeys opticians for a full hearing test on Friday the 14th of March. I was very impressed by the quality of service provided considering it was free. Jacqueline was incredibly thorough and spent a considerable time and effort on checking all aspects of my hearing. I got to try a hearing aid and got a direct comparison of what it would be like to wear one and the affect it would have on my hearing. There was absolutely no pressure or obligation to buy any of the available products l. I would have no hesitation in recommending the hearing care partnership.

From my first hearing test to the subsequent selection and fitting of my new hearing aids I knew that I had made the best choice. Jacqueline was excellent and very thorough in explaining what was happening at each stage of the hearing examination.
I have been wearing my new aids for several weeks now and I still am amazed at the difference in my ability
to converse, enjoy listening to music and television and enjoy the company of family and friends.

I had my first hearing test today at Mackey’s in Holywood. Jacqueline was very welcoming and explained everything really well. She helped me feel at ease through the whole process.
I also found the reception staff so friendly and accommodating.
I would highly recommend this place.

My visit today was a very positive experience. I received a warm welcome on arrival and the lady Jacqueline who carried out the ear test was very friendly, professional and put me at great ease. She explained the different stages of the procedure and was very caring and reassuring. I would highly recommend to anyone.

Jacqueline was absolutely fabulous. So through, and made me feel completely at ease. She explained everything in a way that was easy to understand and made fantastic recommendations. I would not hesitate to go back.

Had a fantastic experience today when I went for a hearing aid assessment. Sarkhab was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. It was great to be able to discuss what my problems are and what could possibly be done. The tests were thorough and really well explained. I didn’t feel that I was being pushed into any sales but that I was being given genuine advice to consider.
