I saw Shivali Chavda 3 times in total and she was outstanding. As a fellow health care professional and a slightly anxious patient, I have to say she is really expert at what she does (and clearly enjoys it) and explained everything very clearly but also has a very kind and caring approach which put me at ease. Highly recommended.

My experience with The Hearing Care Partnership ( Muswell Hill N10 ) was entirely Positive.
Shivali Chayda, the audiologist was polite, professional, friendly and helpful. I felt like my hearing had been assessed thoroughly by somebody who was passionate about their job.
I'd also note that at no point did I feel I was pushed to purchase any of the hearing services or devices.

Extremely good experience buying hearing aids
Shivali Chavda, the audiologist who saw me, could not have been better. She thoroughly explained all aspects of the hearing test and the options available to me. The care and aftercare have been first class. I had previously tried NHS hearing aids but did not get on well with them. I was nervous about spending a lot of money going privately but it has proved to be worth every penny. It is extremely reassuring to know that help is available whenever required and that I will be checked regularly. Highly recommend.

Fiona was very professional and friendly. She took time over my initial assessment and maintained contact by phone and face to face appointments when adjustments were needed to my hearing aid. I also felt safe with the Covid 19 precautions she had in place. I am very satisfied with the service from The Hearing Care Partnership.
