Great selection of top end chocs. The Pick and Mix is a great idea.

At first, the prices look competitive but unfortunately, when you get to check out you get hammered with a whacking great minimum £5 postage - no matter what you've bought - which can make your purchase somewhat pricey!

I would love to use them more frequently but the postage seems unnecessarily high compared to competitors.

I ordered a chocolate hamper supposedly worth £89 before delivery, that is out of code in a month and includes a chocolate Santa and two lots of marzipan chocolates. I paid £40 for it plus delivery. I absolutely cannot think who would pay £89 for this. It isn’t even worth £40, unless the little wicker basket costs £35. Would never trust this company again.

Choclate Emporium are a fantastic company - not only do they have the most delicious UK and continental chocolates (like Lindt and Niederegger) but their customer service is exemplary. I have only had good experiences with them and love shopping on their website, especially their wonderful Pick and Mix!

My sister sent me the link for the website to get some pick and mix Lindt for her birthday. We both love Lindt so I was soon dribbling over my keyboard! You just add them in as you want and complete the bag when you are done with the options of adding gift boxes and personalised tags etc if requred. Of course I had to do a 2nd bag for me! They are a bit more expensive than the Lindt shops where you can get different flavours pick and mix, but I must stress I got flavours here that weren't in the shops and I have never seen, and it came all done up lovely with the tag for my sister's present. I ordered just before 9am yesterday, arrived today all well packaged to keep cool. Very impressed. It's my birthday soon I know what's going on my list 😀😀😀

I had a really wonderful experience with the chocolate emporium. I ordered a bunch of Ghirardelli squares as a father's Day gift, as chocolate emporium had them for a great price. They arrived quickly, really nicely presented in cellophane, and well in date. Thank you!

As regular(ish) customers, we have enjoyed a great selection of chocolate not always available in the UK shops.
Always spot-on until our last order - checked our order a few days after delivery and found the wrong chocolate bars had been sent.
Contacted the Emporium (late evening) expecting a reply next day - not the case, all resolved by Paul before 11pm the same night!!!!
Absolutely outstanding, no quibble resolution.

I'm so glad I ordered from this place. Some of the flavours I've never seen anywhere else in the UK. The delivery was really quick, arrived 3 days after ordering. The packaging was great. I ordered the pick & mix and it came in a clear bag with a bow on the top and their label on it so could happily order more and give as presents!

I waited until I'd used this site twice before writing a review. At first I was a bit apprehensive because I couldn't find many reviews of them online but then I noticed they also had an ebay shop with good reviews so I took the plunge.

The site has a variety of chocolates from around the world and a pick and mix option where you can select smaller chocolates. I ordered the pick and mix and some of the chocolate bars. Delivery was quick and I was notified at every stage. The chocolates came in a box and were wrapped in bubble wrap - very secure. Another thing I was worried about was whether they would be in date as there was no 'best before' info on the website but everything I got was in date (varying by a couple of months to over a year in date). I've not tried them all yet but what I have tried was delicious.
