Have made several purchases from the coin chest now both collectables and bullion. Their website is clear and updated to reflect transparent delivery estimates and premiums on Bullion Items. Love the ability to see what has arrived in the vault and what is on backorder when I click past orders. All parcels have been well packed and correct. Ben, Adam and Karina have been great to deal with and are now one of my go-to bullion and coin dealers. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

I order my coins and they arrived on time but only mistake done by courier he left outside unattended as it was clearly written signature required
Thank god no one steal it but anyhow I was insured the coins
Only request every delivery please Make sure signature and photo ID must required before hand it over

The team are prompt in replying and I have always found every one of them have been very courteous in their manner with how they respond to me. Don't ever hesitate to give them a message or email!
The Coin Chest are more than Reasonable & Fair with with their pricing. IF you find a cheaper price than them (G'luck trying..haha!) they'll match it or do one better - they'll beat it, if possible on their end. I haven't had a "No we can't" yet, though I have a funny feeling and believe I'm safe in saying that I doubt I ever will get a "No we can't...." from them. Haha!
Having the 'Vault' option so you can store & stock up your items to save on postage is great & extremely handy to save costs - or to spend more on Coin Chest treasures..hehe!

I don't understand the 1-star rating. Anyone who has bought something abroad should know that retailers are required to declare both the contents and the value on the package! They also offer insurance for a small fee. Shipping + insurance to Germany is even cheaper than if I were to send a package to Belgium, which is right next door!

I can only recommend everyone to buy from The Coin Chest.

I ordered my coin. When the package arrived, the box was open and the coin was missing. On the outside of the package was the amount of the coin that was inside the package. How stupid can they be to put the value of the coin on the outside of the package. I notified the company, they said the coin wasn't insured, it was my loss. This is not a company to do business with. I do not recommend them.

It is a magnificent store with beautiful items, the service is great, great professionalism, good communication and customer service, great interest in the customer, safe shipping and good packaging. Great satisfaction and very happy with my purchase and the service provided, which is excellent! 👌😁
