Ordered a planter for my sisters 70th birthday. What a wonderful gift, excellently made & were able to put my own personal message engraved to it.
Would highly recommend & use The Lazer Boutique again. Excellent service on every account which you cannot always say in this day & age.

Absolutely terrible company. 6weeks now awaiting my refund.
They Sent my item out with incorrect engraving. Sent me a returns label so i returned it. Now no response to where my refund is. FB messaged, emailed and commented on their posts. Shocking!!!!

Recieved a damaged item and was promised a refund upon return. Tracking showed the item was returned successfully however no refund was provided and multiple subsequent emails to enquire about this were all ignored. Reading previous reviews shows this is a common occurance from this company. Would never order from them again.

Fantastic high quality product and exceptional customer service

I actually was very impressed with the gift but I expected the packaging to be of a higher standard. It came in a box that was ripped in 2 places and brown sellotape loose so I could not use the box to hand over the present to a family member.

A well made planter at a reasonable price and a lasered on a wooden plaque a personal message for my dads 80th birthday, he loves gardening so this is an ideal gift

I bought the trug for a friend who is retiring. She emailed me today to thank me for the ‘most beautiful gift’ and she included pictures of the trug being used outside her garden cabin. And I have to say, it is lovely, so I want to say thanks to everyone concerned.

This company produced a really lovely personalised outdoor planter. The service was quick and faultless. The customer service is excellent too. I sent an email with a query and they replied very quickly. It was a pleasure doing business with them.

I was dissatisfied with the dippy egg wooden oval, it was quite rough and didn’t seem finished off properly. I’ve ordered one previously which is lovely and well made. The second seems very cheap.

Still not received and it’s past Easter now 7th of April

Ordered item on a Thursday & made a note to say needed it by the following Thursday between the 3-5 days. Was supposed to be delivered on Saturday & The item is yet to be delivered & posting hasn’t been updated since Wednesday.

AVOID

Placed an order & it arrived very quickly but… damaged. I emailed straight away & asked for a new one to be sent out as it was a birthday present. They said they couldn’t send out a new one until they received the damaged one back. So I returned the item back, sent proof of postage, they confirmed they received it & nothing.

Tried to tell me they’ve sent a new one out but no proof. I haven’t received my item. I haven’t had a reply from them since 11th March… nearly a month ago.

Absolute terrible customer service!
