Taken the stress out of a stressful situation. The guys were not only really friendly and professional, but much to my relief and gratitude, they did a phenomenal job on the repair of my car. AND… they completed the job a week ahead of schedule!

Excellent efficient service from polite staff with vehicle repaired within timeframe suggested before work was commenced. My car was collected from home and a courtesy car delivered (part of Tesco insurance service) and the car was returned to my home address on completion of the repair. The car was cleaned before return so the car looked in pristine condition.

The team performed great work on repairing my car. I was kept informed at every step and the car was returned spotless.

You didn’t care enough. My engine was working when I crashed and now it’s not working but you haven’t bothered to consider how the accident could have damaged the engine. You’ve returned it to me as a non runner. You said it would not start and I stated that it has done that on occasion but always starts after a few minutes. Not being a mechanic you should have gone into more detail about that and should have referred it to the insurance. Instead you used my ignorance in mechanics as an excuse to offload the car: you decided to drop it back to my car park on the back of a trailer. You left my keys with a neighbour even though I was there so I couldn’t inspect it or drive it. When I realised it was there I got in it to go somewhere and then I found it actually wouldn’t start at all. Never. My car was a runner before the accident. The accident and the subsequent impact on the engine has caused multiple timing faults and other issues showing on the diagnostics. Furthermore the water reservoir you ‘replaced’ is not new but used. And the damage on the passenger door that hit the ground after the collision is not fixed. You are the repairers so why wasn’t this found. I did not know the extent of the damage. You should have checked with me. I was in a state of shock after the accident. My granddaughter was slightly injured and I was shaking. My brakes failed yet you’ve done nothing with them. I am seriously fed up. Also you didn’t use genuine Nissan parts when you replaced the front bumper. You have failed me and your response reflects the attitude of some of the staff I spoke with. Simon the manager seems to understand what my problem is but I’m not going to hold my breath it will be sorted

Oh, and to add insult to injury, your guy left my car underneath a huge tree. It is now covered in bird muck.

Had to reschedule appointment because no courtesy car. Returned car and found something not working so had to phone garage but couldn’t get through. Eventually got through and they arranged to send someone out but couldn’t then fix problems. We were told they ordered parts and would get in touch. Waited a week and chased and was told they forgot. Still waiting for repair
