I actually found these guys pretty early on, and I’ve stuck with them since. Over time their range has shifted a bit (understandably — things change depending on what can be shipped internationally), but they’ve still managed to keep the good stuff where it counts.

My latest order had a few issues in transit — some damage and a couple of missing items — but once I reached out, Guy from the support team really looked after me. Quick response, no hassle, and he made sure everything was sorted properly.

That’s what stood out. Not that something went wrong, but how it was handled.

And on a personal note, being able to get things like Campbells Spaghetti Meat Sauce and proper Cadbury while living overseas genuinely means a lot. It’s a small thing, but it hits home more than you expect.

All in all, a really solid experience — good before, and now even better.

I’ll be back for another order soon.

I ordered some Aussie treats for Christmas for my family, to be delivered to me in NYC. The package was shipped fast and landed in the US quickly. When the US delivery company failed to deliver I emailed the company and they responded immediately. They tracked the parcel from their side and then sent me clear instructions on how to find the parcel from my side. It took me 5 minutes to find it and I got the parcel the same day. So easy!!
