The Bar has been such a disappointment
The Bar has been such a disappointment. I ordered some Pimms for a big event, and delivery was promised a couple of days later. The tracking said it had been sent but when it got to DPD at Gatwick it said the stuff was being returned. I phoned The Bar and action was promised and they said they were investigating. After a few more days I sent an email and they again said they were investigating. It is now a week, and customer service have still not got the order to me. It is now becoming too late. Diageo, you need to get your customer service sorted because it is hopeless. If you have an important event then don't risk using this company.

If anything is damaged, you're on your own...
Unfortunately, my package arrived damaged (both outer package and the box inside). I intended on giving the boxed gift as a birthday present but it's been bashed.
I emailed them (with photos of the damage) to see what can be done and was told...
"Thank you for forwarding the below information,
Apologies but we would not have any replacement packaging that we can provide for this product, we apologise for any inconvenience this may cause."
I then replied questioning this and they have now offered a discount code (unknown amount) or a replacement....would have be nice for this to have been offered at the start as this would have saved my time.
Disappointed as they have a great range of products, customer service isn't what I would expect.

I had put the wrong name on the…
I had put the wrong name on the shipping info so when the bottle was delivered to a friends house it was rejected. When I Spoke to Emma at 9:30 the following morning she assured me that she would sort everything by putting the correct name on the parcel and getting it re sent as soon as it arrived at there headquaters.
I had an email from her at 10:12 saying that she had dealt with it and it had already been shipped out again.
Thank you so much Emma, I will always be using The Bar for future purchases.
