DPD 1-2 day delivery took almost 1.5 weeks to arrive but product is good

Order was completed and despatched quickly, especially as it was during the Christmas period.
I was kept informed of despatch and delivery dates and also that the items would need to be signed for.

Made an order a few months back, and they were missing some items, which of course is fine and perfectly reasonable, and they reached out to sort out a refund which was also fine. However the problem is that when my order arrived there was an item missing, and when I reached out to them(around 2 weeks after the order was received as I did not initially realize) to try and sort the issue, I did not get a reply back which was disappointing as everything else went fine.

Tools look good, arrived on time, well wrapped. I haven't tried them yet.

Useless paid for 2 items and they never sent them waiting days to get my money back always a bs excuse had to report to my bank quick enough to take your money but if there’s a problem they don’t want to know taking days off work for a delivery that never arrived even tho i paid for tracked next day delivery sort your lives out!!!!! What planet do you live on??? Do you think people can afford to miss days at work for the sake of a tenner don’t advertise a service you carnt provide its unprofessional carnt even be bothered to pick the phone up pure laziness rather sit behind a keyboard instead i would of got my Money back off you one way or the other you can believe that! As for shopping at your store do you really think I’m going to do that after this circus act? your living in a dreamworld !!!
